Excellent service as always. This was one replacement plate for a set of crockery I bought from China Presentations a while ago. Well packed, delivered as arranged.
Royal Mail seem to have picked up the habits of some of the less reliable couriers though. Although I was at home all day (and they didn't let me know when to expect the parcel) they dumped it next to my doorstep. Not impressed.
