I had a few problems with the initial case I had ordered. Quickly got a replacement. That didnt work out. So we came to an agreement to get yet another one. For my troubles, they were kind enough to send an extra matching charging cable along with the now 3rd phone case.

When I eventually received the case I ordered I was unhappy with the colour and requested a refund and their return address. I was sent it seems their standard email offering 50% off another product, which I did not want to do! I have emailed several times and has no response. Absolutely shocking customer service!

What I’m truly grateful for is that Chubbycable stepped up and took care of me even though it was not their fault that my package got damaged. The delivery company that was used to drop off/deliver the items was totally at fault for the items getting destroyed. I’m sure the items were packaged property leaving Chubbycable’s warehouse. The delivery carrier placed the package in close proximity to my dogs, which they got a hold of the package and destroyed it. Again not Chubbycables responsibility on how/where the package was placed at its final destination. The package was delivered by Too Express who takes no responsibility for the damage of the package. Even after showing them pictures of the package being delivered by their own carrier, their statement was, they could not anticipate that the package will get damaged by the dogs. Even in the picture that the delivery person took shows the package was within inches of the dogs reach. Again I would like to thank Chubbycable for replacing the damaged items without hesitation.

What a WONDERFUL product! For it's size, the Chubby cable .mp3 player is peerless! I am quite impressed by the quality and level of the sound that is packed into this device. As a musician, I wanted to store all 7 of my smooth jazz albums onto this device( 71 songs). This will facilitate practice sessions and is convenient for background music in small venues. Initially, I didn't know how this device worked. Customer service representative Shirley figuratively took my hand and walked me through all of the features. Not only did she fix my problems, she explained them in detail.
She went beyond the call of duty to satisfy this customer. Some companies have multiple customer service personnel who assist different customers. By having one dedicated person to help me with the setup, a lot of wasted time was prevented. I am extremely satisfied by this technology as well as the service that was provided.

So I ordered a portable battery first week of October. It took two weeks for the damn thing to even leave the warehouse. Six weeks later, per the tracking information, my package has been to my home city then back out east. Why is the friggin package 1700 miles east of where it was supposed to be?

I bought 3 wireless charges a few months ago and unfortunately one of them just quit for no apparent reason. I reach out to the company via email asking if there was any way to reset it or if it was still under warranty of some kind. I fully expected to never get a response back and that I would be out the cost of a charger but I was completely wrong. They reached back out to me and offered me a free replacement. I will definitely be buying more items from these guys.

I don't often purchase off of social media ads. But Chubby "did it right" in my mind: Good description of the cable, a good video ... so I ordered one. Delivery was a day or two EARLY for me in California. And the cable: High-quality cable, high-quality connections with excellent stress relief. The "arms" that are adjustable are GREAT for my iPhones. And on my flat workstation desk space, this works well with my iPad mini!

I purchased a case with an adjustable stand in June 2025. It is now November and the stand first stopped being adjustable, and last week broke off. I thought breaking off in less than 4 months was unacceptable so I reached out to Customer Service. They told they only warranty them for 60 days so I was out of luck. No wonder the warranty is only 60 days. It's cheap garbage. I wrote a valid review on their site about the case and they removed it. Shady practices if you ask me!
Update: I e-mail Customer Service as instructed. After a few days they responded and said they would send me a new case. I will wait to see if I get it and if it's any better than the first one before changing my review.

No customer service no replies to emails or Facebook message 15 day return policy but they give you no way of returning any item that you don’t want and they don’t reply to any emails. I highly advise you not to purchase anything in this company. You find a lot of their items on eBay for a lot cheaper. I tried this company because I thought they were original, but I can’t tell if they or not because they never reply.

Respectfully I wasn’t contacted within 24 hours and I sent three emails. None of them have ever been replied to and I have checked my junk. I have had a reply through the Facebook Mesenger and I’m waiting for a reply. I was offered an exchange which I refused, but after thinking about it, I have accepted this offer and I have added some of my choices to the Facebook message but again I’m waiting for a reply. I’m going to up my stars just because I have now been contacted, but I still feel the Customer service could’ve been better and it would’ve been nicer if there was a Help button or reply button on the website or within the sales invoice
Update:
So after being contacted on Facebook I was offered an exchange instead of a refund for the items I’d like to send back. I chose some items and now I’m just being ignored. They read the messages they don’t reply so that’s it for me. I won’t be buying from those people again.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. I purchased a new case that looked sturdy and enclosed on both side. only when I got my case it was not what I thought I am not happy with it. I read out via email supplied and asked about returning the product for a refund. I received a response offering me 50% of a new product. I do not want another product so I have replied to them 3 times and have not received a response on how to return this product.
