No sign of the car that I paid half a year's salary for. No email. No text. No reply from their support team. Not even a number to call them on. Just a wasted day waiting in for a driver who never came.

Not the pleasant, hassle free service they promised. Avoid.

Cinch are a complete joke. our car that was apparently checked but in less than a year needs 2k worth of repairs. with no proper proof or assistance

Customer service is appalling, the worst I have ever experienced, they cannot understand simple requests and deliberately ignore you when they don’t know what to respond. I bought a Peugeot 3008 which failed 3 months after purchase despite being only a few months old, they arranged a warrantee check for almost 8 weeks after, so I had to arrange it all myself. I have been with a vehicle for 2 months now, incurring over £2,000 in travel and car hire costs, they offered me £35 as they maximum they could offer.
There are more details, but I would never recommend this company to anyone, seems they have a lot to remedy, starting with their customer service. A shame really.

Contacted customer services regarding break pads squeaking, and the number plate being obscured by sticker residue. And the fact the car hadn't actually been cleaned and there was visible dirt on the exterior.
Was 'Booked in' for an appointment, quoted a date. the customer service advisor on the date is was due, then emailed saying 'there was "NO MENTION" of the date in question' upon phoning up customer services, there was mention of it with a transcript to prove it. I then requested the transcript, to which they said "would not be possible to provide". This is the second time using cinch, and a second time they've provided a very bad customer exeprience.

Cinch is an excellent car dealer I've used them be for 100%great experience

Easy & efficient service, car was delivered as promised in very good condition, however I noticed later in the day a front tyre was deflated and it was clearly delivered with a slow puncture. I contacted customer services and they agreed to refund a replacement tyre which they did within a few days. Otherwise an excellent service

Easy and effective online service with plenty of info about the cars. Quick and stress free purchase of a premium second hand car along with fast delivery including a big smile from a great delivery staff. 5 stars!!!

Had a great experience with Rhys. Not only was he extremely friendly and polite, but his expertise and knowledge were obvious from the start. He worked incredibly fast and completed the job in no time. Couldn't be happier with the service.

They handed over a car with broken aircon in 32°C weather.
I've called three times to try and get them to fix it and it's hopeless.
I'm getting passed from person to person and they're saying that it's going to be three weeks until they can fix it.
Terrible customer service and they never should've sold me a car with a broken aircon.

What a lovely man Hendrix is. He did an amazing job, he did a thorough check with the car with me explaining everything clearly, my options etc... It was reassuring to talk to him especially as I was on my own. A very happy and polite man. Made it all the more special.

Absolutely delighted from start to finish with cinch, made everything so easy from the start. First time buying from cinch and I would definitely recommend. Hugh who delivered my car was amazing, showed me all round it and in it and made sure I was happy with it. Car is in amazing condition inside and out exactly as described, absolutely spotless. Delivered exactly when stated and got a call when Hugh was not far away from me to tell me exactly when he was going to arrive. Very happy customer.

I had a fantastic experience with Cinch from start to finish. Richard delivered my car and made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. I had a part exchange, and everything was handled so efficiently—it literally took around 15 minutes from start to finish!

Richard was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Cinch also paid off my existing finance within a couple of days, just as promised, which made the entire experience even easier.

I couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely recommend Cinch to anyone looking for a simple, hassle-free way to buy a car.

Delivery was ok but came at the incorrect time as as was previously agreed.
Preparation of the car was dreadfully poor, dirty outside, not detailed inside and smelt of smoke. 3 weeks into owning the car and it’s right now after many hours work.
Would not buy from again or recommend

Car absolutely fine so far but paid £225 to have car delivered on a time slot that suited me (8am-1am) but car didn’t arrive till 4pm costing half a days work staying at home. It’s not the drivers fault, it’s cinch’s fault for putting too much on the driver to do in one day. Don’t advertise a timeslot and expect miracles. No refund or partial refund offered as it arrived on same day apparently
