Really Easy process from start to finish. Staff on collect were amazingly friendly . Really happy with the part exchange and purchase online too. Really easy process. Would 100% recommend

I bought the car in April, received a phone call the day it was being delivered telling me the engine management light had come on and they were waiting for the AA to arrive. Alarm bells rang, but the guy appeared with the car a few hours later claiming it had come on due to sitting for a while. Since that day, the engine management light has come on 4 times and each time I've had to take time off work to take it to a garage to be looked at. The last time it came on was mid June and I havee to wait until the 13th July to have Trustford check it. So far within 48 hours of each garage visit it has come on again. I've asked for them to take the car back, but they suggested I put it into Trustford to get it looked at properly, which meant more time off work as I work 40 miles from where the garage is. Very disappointed in Cinch and I will not recommend them to anyone. Having paid a lot of money for a car after 12 years of not having one has really put me off!!!

The car came damged! Was not in the photos. Sent me to 3 garages which none of them was doing the body work. After 2 months suggested that either I get £200 credit!!!! or return the car! By then i had sold the other car, registered, paid taxes and permited this car.
Very bad service! Will never deal with Cinc.
If you by from them, have to get lucky that nothing is wrong w the car

A fantastic experience from start to finish. I absolutely love the car and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The handover and delivery process was seamless, and Keith, who delivered the car, was excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions with confidence and expertise. His friendly approach made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, outstanding customer service and a truly positive experience that I would highly recommend.

I had never bought a car this way before and was a bit apprehensive, however the car duly arrived on time my trade in was accepted and duly departed. Priot to delivery I was kept informed at each stage, all in all no fuss or faff.

Everything was made very simple: the delivery of the car, pickup of the part exchange, the handover etc. They offered a better price than dealers and they give you a set price, rather than a range, which is much clearer. I like that they call you the day before to check everything before delivery.

Simple upgrade of car for me, good trade in price and good price for my new car...all very easy to navigate and get what I wanted. Delivery of new car and pickup of my old car also went well, good communication and all as planned.

Fab, no hassle, no phone calls. Don’t have to speak to anyone other than when they deliver your car to you. Happy to show you the controls and buttons in the car. As a manual driver who’s never drove automatic I had no idea how to start it. The delivery guy was very helpful and didn’t make me feel silly for asking.

Easy process to order the car. Arrived as scheduled with very good communication throughout and delivered from Corby by a very helpful, informative and friendly driver Eddy. The car was in pristine condition.

It was quick and easy to find our new car on cinch. Once we’d chosen it, the process of buying and having it delivered was well explained and smooth. The customer service team were great at helping me when I had issues uploading documents to the finance company. I can’t recommend them enough!

The car was as advertised. I was offered a decent price for my car. I bought on line at midday and was driving our new(ish) car home from Corby by 4.30pm. Staff were friendly and enabled the process faultlessly. Corby location very easy to access from A14

The car was absolutely filthy.
Since I ensured mine was super clean and valeted, I was shocked when my car arrived with ground in dirt and mud inside and out!
Come on Cinch sort it out!

Car was delivered covered in dirt and filthy. Did offer to have it valet up to £40. Once car was valeted car was covered in scratches all over. Only offering to buffer out 1 scratch. Terrible customer service and car sold not as described
