Rayan is the MAN!!!
Just had our new Kia Sportage delivered nice and early by, Rayan. He was extremely knowledgable and answered all the questions I had. He was also very helpful in taking our Fiat 500 away. Can't say a negative thing about the whole experience.

Car was delivered dirty, not charged and with a flat tyre.
Delivery driver couldn’t disappear fast enough.

Easy peasy car purchase . 👍 The car was as described. Delivery was on time and the driver answered any questions I had. With the 14 days return for any reason I felt happy with purchasing the car without looking at in in person .. would Cinch again but hopefully this car will last me a good while longer 🤞🏻😀

The whole process was very good and the…
The whole process was very good and the guy who dropped it off was great.
My only gripe would be that the car could have been cleaner. Things like the petrol cap was very dirty as were the sills. There is also some peeling of the black rim on the drivers side.

Very good customer service
I bought a car through the Cinch website & was trading my existing car in for it but then a different model became available which I preferred so messaged to request the order to be changed. This was very well handled by Kinga in Customer Service who phoned me to double check all the details. She was very friendly & helpful throughout the couple of calls we had and everything has gone through OK.

Cars with quite a bit of faff
The car itself is good and I’m pleased with my VW ID.3 so far but the overall buying process was far from ‘cars without the faff’. The vehicle arrived with a missing wheel trim, a damaged wheel trim, an undisclosed dashcam and also discovered an undisclosed tracker. Took over two weeks and several follow-ups to get everything resolved. Individual staff members including Nick P (technician), Reece (Service Advisor), Hayley (Aftercare Executive) and Darcie (Senior Service Advisor) were all helpful and professional, but I had to chase for an initial response from Cinch. Issues were eventually fixed, but for a company charging delivery and admin fees, I expected much better quality checks and communication before the car reached me.
