Several issues with purchasing from Cinch as i found out myself, painfully .
1. They do NOT clearly state whether or not the car has a service book. Apparently they can sell a car without being accountable for the service book. There is clear lack of transparency.
2. On picking up cars from their warehouse, they reassure you saying that they will arrange for mobile paint job repair if you contact the customer support team. In reality, you are told that its normal wear and tear. You are offered an apology and a token 50£ for glaringly obvious marks. Smaller scratches get dismissed.
3. In essence, you are reminded that you have a right to return the vehicle within 14 days.
However, the whole fiasco pertaining to the above has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I’m seriously considering returning the car for peace of mind. I would give it a miss if i knew i was signing up for this.
Edit : as the generic response from Cinch suggests, there is no genuine effort to address the issues faced by customer. The only way out is “14 day return..”
Customer support team is unwilling to even contact manufacturer for a service history. Cinch takes customers for granted after the purchase. That being said, the car thats handed over does NOT appear faulty.

Really disappointed and would not purchase another vehicle from cinch again - had to have a new aerial and within 7 months the clutch completely failed and needed to be replaced (having only driven it 5000 miles myself since purchasing) and cinch didn't want to help in the slightest, despite multiple reports from the mechanic saying it must have been in bad condition when it was sold. I've booked it for a service but the garage couldn't find the previous service record which cinch had documented. On speaking to them, they said it's not a full service, just an oil change, and that I should have read the website and got the car checked properly myself after buying from them!! Clearly only after the money, would recommend you avoid

the car was dropped off and i spoke with the driver , he really did not know a huge amount about the car and there was no handbook or anyother details.
then upon taking the car for a test drive I found it was far too small for me .
the delivery time was later than he expected

Genuinely feel really let down by cinch, thinking it is such a big company they would have been better. Ordered an MG3 with them which is a really nice car, however the advert said the pics were real ones of the car, when it arrived, it was scratched with a massive paint blister on the bonnet, looking back this did not show in the pics, not to mention, the car was absolutely filthy, which meant we did not see the paint blister until we’d spent the next few hours washing it (that’s how dirty it was), I straight away complained to cinch, they took ages trying to resolve the issue, then for the inconvenience offered £70 refund. Which will definitely cost more to get the paint blister fixed and car washed. We needed the car so did not have time to try and find a replacement. I get things happen but I just felt they should have specified about the huge paint blister. Won’t use again and feel a bit let down. Was so excited to get our first family car arrive and felt the experience was not ideal and felt let down, not usually one for bad reviews but i was gutted

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I needed to rearrange my delivery date and my email was responded very quickly and I was given the date that I requested. The man that dropped off my car (sorry I can't remember his name) contacted me about 45 minutes before he was due to arrive and then again when he was only 5 minutes away. The detailed emails explaining the whole process were excellent and I am extremely happy with my new car. I would definitely recommend using Cinch.

Excellent service
First time buying a car with Cinch and I was pleasantly surprised how easy and hassle free the whole thing was. If you don’t like pushy sales people then I 100% recommend Cinch.
Hassle free from start to finish.

Cinch Corby - Awful
Staff didn’t have a clue
Told my car would be charged and serviced, it seems neither was done as they can’t produce paperwork for the service. I had to find a local garage to charge my vehicle at extra cost.
Spoke to customer services who assured me they were sorting it - over 2 weeks ago, emailed again….nothing.
Get it over the 14 days guarantee, they clearly don’t care.
Horrendous customer services.
The staff need a rocket, didn’t have a clue what day of the week it was, who is the manager in that place…seems to be sideshow bob from the Simpson.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone at this particular branch.
