I bought a car today, and before paying for it, I contacted the Corby office to double check that I would be able to collect the car today and was advised that I would and the car would be ready for me. I paid the full amount and drove over 3 hours to collect the car, my husband and I took the day off work and paid a childminder to have our child so we could do the drive (6hours both ways). I received a call when I was almost at the location, advising that there was an issue with the car pressure and I was unable to collect the car. This is absolutely unacceptable and appalling service. This is the second time I have been let down by Cinch, first time being, when I paid to reserve a car and they double booked it, letting me down and having to cancel the cancel the appointment. Which I’m still waiting to be refunded for.

Terrible. Sold a car which within 30 days needed a whole new gearbox. The car is now at a garage waiting to be fixed but cinch has still not given the go ahead for work to be done after a week! Partner has now been without a car for this time and no courtesy car given.

I was extremely well looked after by both Ian Neal and Nina throughout the entire process from visiting with so many questions, to trading in my car and collecting the new one. The ease of using the website, the user-friendly experience, and especially the great sense of humour and excellent customer service truly make all the difference. They recently increased the price of car deliveries, and the cost feels incredibly exploitative seeing as what you pay on Cinch is slightly more than other dealerships already and considering how we’re in a cost of living crisis.

From start to finish my experience has been nothing but positive.
You literally do everything online, its so user friendly.
Price wise, you won't beat them.
Once you're forwarded to the finance people, expect equally good service, absolutely no issues whatsoever.
Once sorted, book a slot and that's it.
I collected my car from the Corby branch. Everything runs like clockwork, the staff there don't stop. Really nice atmosphere, get yourself a coffee and sit with an agent. I was literally in and out in ten minutes. The guys make you aware of extended warranties etc but they don't shove it down your throat.
Car was spotless, no issues whatsoever.
Highly recommend Cinch, cheers guys.

Only took delivery today so can't report any other issues

Really good service from Cinch. I originally ordered a car from them but decided to return and purchase an electric car through them instead. Great customer service, and dropped off my new car and took away the old car at the same time. Delivery was within 1 week of purchasing. Would definitely recommend!

After a really poor start with our new car, we spoke with Clare Morgan who was absolutely brilliant. Her telephone manner was amazing, very friendly, professional and informative. She took the time to listen to us and provided us with all the information required. She was patient and very understanding. I have spoken with cinch many times and its taken 3yrs for someone to add my husband as an additional account holder so thank you Clare. Furthermore, we spoke to someone yesterday who answered the phone simply "hello" wheras Clare was cheery and a delight to speak with.

Declan Dolan was very accommodating with our enquiries and helpful setting up an appointment to view the vehicle, we cancelled the appointment due to second thoughts as it was an automatic.
Declan gave us a courtesy call after our cancellation he was very understanding and respectful of our decision that we had chosen another vehicle off the Cinch app.
All in all we could not fault Declan excellent service.

The car isn’t as described due to damages and missing parts, Cinch advised as I hadn’t notified them with 48 hours they won’t do anything. Even though I contact them on the day of collection. I’ve purchased multiple cars with them but this will be the last time.
