Very easy to navigate the switch

Very easy to navigate the switch, the onboarding process was smooth.
Fast and efficient communications and a nice bunch of lads who explained everything very well and in simple terms. Mikal, the lead engineer was great.

Vodaphone free service using City Fibre

Vodaphone offered this for free. City Fibre were efficient, reliable, respectful and courteous . The lads that did the transition did a marvellous job and discussed decisions with me at all stages.

We arranged with our broadband provider…

We arranged with our broadband provider to switch to Fibre, the workers turned up at 8am and went through everything with us before starting work. They were polite and helpful answering our questions. They got straight to work and when they left us all was clean, tidy and working, they explained how it worked and helped us connect to the wifi. Very pleased

The staff go out of their way to accomdate your requirements

When BT OPENREACH originally attempted the installation they refused to put it where I wanted, while CityFibre explained the reason that they could not drill a hole through a wall with wood paneling on the the other side as their scanners would not detect electric wiring or plumbing in those circumstances. They were happy for me to drill the required hole. Have a perfect installation as a result.

Excellent experience

Wayne and his colleague were brilliant. They explained all my options in routing my new full fibre through my garden and into the house. They did an excellent job and completed it very quickly. Turned out to be a lot less stressful than I thought.
