City Fibre are an amazing provider of telecoms services. I was so very impressed with every aspect of my contact with them during my recent installation if full Fibre. This is the quality of service we should expect but so often is not provided by other companies. Zanesh and Demitry were so very efficient, competent, polite and helpful. It has restored our faith in this industry of telecoms providers. Well done City Fibre !!

Awful service
I think this is the most difficult company I’ve ever had to deal with.
Can’t talk to anyone and even ISPs can’t do anything when they say they’re not installing.
Can’t speak with anyone to get an answer to my problems.

The engineer was very friendly and helpful.
The system is up and running perfectly, and only took about 10 minutes to start working after installation 👍

Fantastic crew
Finally had my broadband installed and can't thank the crew Conrad, Daniel and Josh who helped with the whole process which initially looked it might go beyond the weekend but was sorted out by the team.
