DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!! Total cowboys who the day before a pick up tell you there is no vehicle available but there is a no refund policy. Clearly they take advantage of people, especially women! Also asking for money in cash because they are tax dodgers. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and have them simply not show up but still take your money, book someone else!!

Pushed our large group of people onto bus that didn’t fit our number of people or what we booked.

Not enough space for storage on the smaller bus, poor communication about it all and frankly 0 customer service or care for their mistake.

They made their overbooking errors and allegedly ‘transmission issues’ our problem with 2 days before the event.

Please find another company

Booked with these guys very far in advance. Got a generic cancellation with no reasoning which in my opinion is pretty poor. Unhappy with my experience

I've never had a worse experience with any company in my life. We had a conference in London travelling from Liverpool on the Saturday and they called us Friday evening at 5pm to say it was cancelled, leaving us no time to book anything else. We had to spend a fortune on trains to get there and never received a refund(it's been 29 days as of today).

The customer service was routinely rude and they would offer no proof whatsoever of any refund being processed and called me "silly" for asking. Would never consider them again.

This is the most disgusting company I have ever worked with. I booked for my wedding and then had to cancel because of personal reasons. I booked on the 4th of august and then cancelled on the 10th of august and my wedding isn’t until December. I told them about the personal reasons and they said that they could not refund my $981 (when their first server said it was possible). I have read their terms and conditions and completely understood them. They pass phone calls onto others. They hire backpackers to work for them so there is plausible deniability. They are rude and disrespectful. Never ever ever hire them. This place is a fuc*ing scam and they are disgusting criminals.

Had a great trip from start to finish from goodison to wolves . Very welcoming and friendly the atmosphere was great . The only down fall was when we got the the car park the coach next to us vision travel emptied the septic tank and my little boy walked threw it and and ruined his new trainers

On the strength of TP reviews, I booked this company 5 months in advance for 4 passengers for a 4 hour trip and return 2 days later for 10th March. I confirmed all the details even the night before having paid a £200 deposit for the round trip costing a total of £580. At 2 mins past the agreed pick up time I received a telephone call from the driver claiming he had "buckled a tyre" and was stuck in a road 300 yards from my house and that he could not complete the service. He sent a phone number of a firm willing to assist at an extra cost of £120 for the round trip at no time offering to wait for repair and continue the service. I contacted his office, who not only immediately refunded the FULL deposit, inherently cancelling the return trip also. I explained this was a trip of a lifetime for the 4 passengers who stood to lose £3000 should we not go. I also walked to the road where the driver said he was stranded and there was NO stranded vehicle in sight. I would strongly urge EVERYONE to not use this company's services at all, since it was evident they never intended to fulfill their promise in the first place. Atrocious service and a very rude driver.

Wow DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I can’t tell you how much they stressed me out the night before my wedding. They informed me they stuffed up my booking and didn’t have the second bus I had arranged to pick up guests and take them to the venue. We only had the one bus and had to inform all the guests on the other bus it wasn’t coming (with huge apologises). Ofcourse this meant more people drove and they didn’t drink which was a bummer. This all happened 9pm the night before my wedding- I’m convinced they never had the second bus booked and they stuffed up our quote but didn’t notice till the last minute and they weren’t willing to absorb their losses so they made us miss out instead. What a big headache- I didn’t need it!! Please don’t use them for your wedding. I’d hate for anyone to go through what we went through! Brides have enough to deal with as it is!

Waste of time.

Their website presents themselves as best for service and price including a price promise. Customer service awful, quote 30% more expensive than other providers and there is a ton of clauses meaning they don’t really price match at all.

Look elsewhere.

Had a minibus booked, paid for & confirmed for 10 people for a return to and from Brighton to Hyde Park on a day of train strikes. The money had been taken and the company even rang & confirmed the pick up location.

Friday evening, the night before the booking at 5pm we get a call to say that the booking had either been lost/not confirmed even though the money had been taken and pick up confirmed. Basically told that there’s nothing they can do, they have a bigger minibus to take us but it’s extra money when it should’ve been given as a gesture of good will due to it being their error but we were just told that wouldn’t happen - absolutely no disinter service whatsoever.
They left 10 of us at 5pm the night before pick up with no transport and the thought of everything we had paid for and booked up in London becoming a waste of money.

I would avoid at all costs if you’re wanting a reliable service. Had to chase them for our money back too as it wasn’t sent when they said it would be.

SHOCKING! Go elsewhere. Our trip was cancelled due to following covid guidelines…no refund and no alternative date. They kept nearly £2000 of our money. Keep away.

We had to cancel our booking for this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. We could only rebook for 2022. Not only have coach hire rebooked us for 2022, but have not increased their price for us. In this day and age, I find that very commendable. Laura has been very helpful, Would definitely recommend.

I originally had a trip booked for my friends hen do for May 2020. Obviously with the ongoing global pandemic we have had to reschedule to June 2021. Coachhire were extremely helpful and accommodating and even provided us with a little extra discount. I would like to thank Shaun especially for taking the time to help us! Looking forward to our trip next year.

I had an event booked in that has been disrupted by Coronavirus, so can only comment on the office staff. I’ve dealt with three different people and have found them equally helpful, which would tend to reflect throughout the company. I’ll be confident the travel arrangements will be the same.

Just had to postpone a trip to Liverpool with family and friends, due to Coronavirus, but I wanted to say how helpful Laura has been helping me re-book. The company as a whole have been extremely professional in their handling of my booking. Thank-you, it's great to see companies like yours looking after their customers.

One again Barnes came up trumps.
We had a really lovely tour of the Elan Valley.
The pick up was on time and our transfer went well.
Our driver was very good and his commentary helped to make it interesting.
I would definately recommend this trip

We used Coach Hire for transfers on an event we were holding at a venue in Buckinghamshire. We had a large group of people arriving at various terminals at Heathrow Airport. Lee Hunt from Coach Hire assisted in the organising of the pick up at the airport and back to the airport after the event. The whole process was handled very well and everyone was picked up and dropped off when they were supposed to be! We had quite a few changes, additions and cancellations - but it was all handled smoothly.
I would definitely use this company again for any transfers I have in the UK.

All drivers turned up on time, they were very professional and the coaches had plenty of space for us to travel with our luggage.
William our contact was great and always happy to help with all our questions and last minute amendments.
