Disappointing experience and lack of customer service - Expérience décevante et absence de service client
ENGLISH : I ordered 6 books from this website on November 6, 2025, thinking I was buying an original gift ( Order #853421). The payment (a little over €100) was processed immediately, with a promise of production and delivery within 7 to 15 days. More than 17 days later, I have received no package and no tracking information. My emails and messages have gone unanswered.
In accordance with French law, I will request a refund through my bank and report the shop to the authorities if I do not receive a response within 5 business days.
The company appears to be registered in Dubai, which is also a bad sign as it's a haven for many scammers who think they are above the law.
I do not recommend this company as long as orders are not fulfilled and customer service is unresponsive.
Beware of reviews here: the seller asks for reviews to supposedly "refund your order."
Beware of enticing advertisements: check the seller's reliability before buying.
If I'm wrong and receive a refund or the item is sent back, I will change my mind.

Conformément au droit français, je vais demander un remboursement via ma banque et signaler la boutique aux autorités si je n'ai pas de réponses d'ici 5 jours ouvrés.
L'entreprise semble être enregistré à Dubai, c'est un mauvais signe également car le repère de beaucoup de scanner qui se pense au dessus des lois.
Je déconseille cette entreprise tant que les commandes ne sont pas honorées et que le service client n’est pas réactif.
Attention aux avis ici : le vendeur demande des avis pour soit disant "rembourser votre commande"
Attention aux publicités attrayantes : vérifiez la fiabilité du vendeur avant d’acheter.
Si je me trompe et recoit un remboursement ou l'envoi, je changerai mon avis.
