Ordered some much needed and quite hard to find lenses - Abu was easy to contact over WhatsApp, he gave me great advice and even upgraded my order at no extra cost just so I could get the handling tints I wanted. Fantastic service, will definitely be using again.

I needed special custom-made contact lenses. The price quoted by the optometrist was expensive. Armed with the prescription, I was able to order the very same lenses substantially cheaper. The lenses arrived quickly and are perfect.

I have been very happy with coolcontacts. The ordering process is pretty simple and any customer care emails have been answered very promptly. I have only given 4/5 because I feel the service would benefit from a customer notification when products are on their way. Needed specific GP lenses and Coolcontacts were able to supply. Service was fine, delivery was in a reasonable timeframe - All good!

I was able to get some lenses which my high street optician can no longer get hold of and which are the only ones I know which work for me (quite a faffy prescription). Customer support before purchases was helpful and responsive, and they were able to arrange replacement of one lense which needed adjusting to get it right, just like my high street optician does.

Lenses, hard gas permeable, same make as optician but at less than half the price. Excellent web site to deal with, delivery on time. Will be using again without hesitation for future requirements. Pity this site wasn't available 50 years ago!
