I had excellent service from this company. I had lost a lens and am unable to wear glasses. Being unable to get an urgent appointment from Specsavers, I was absolutely desperate. I received immediate, empathetic and very professional help from Mr Bachcha, who took a great deal of trouble to communicate with me over what was from his point of view a very modest order. He kept me updated and the lens arrived very quickly. I would definitely use this company again.

I have very specialised lenses, normally only available on prescription from the hospital. In Nov I lost one lens and due to Covid restrictions I was unable to get an ophthalmology appointment for some time. This meant that I was now partially sighted and unable to work or drive. I decided to ask Cool Contacts if they could source a lens if I provided the prescription. Both myself and Cool Contacts were sceptical that a manufacturer could be found. However, to my delight Abu persisted for me and found a manufacturer and 5 days later my lens arrive. It fits well and I really can't fault Cool Contacts for the time and effort they have gone to for just one one-off lens. Thank you so much.
