I stumbled across this website from a Google search and like any unfamiliar website I was a bit skeptical about ordering at first.

I needn't have worried! Reading previous reviews on here put my mind at ease and I went ahead with placing an order. Abu was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any emails and questions, and the lenses were dispatched promptly.

Tracking info and order updates were provided and the lenses arrived the day after dispatch. Highly recommended.

I now regularly order my RGP lenses from Abu at Coolcontacts. He is super helpful and efficient and I get my lenses at a much better price than on the high street and with a more friendly and personal service. I will not be ordering from my optician again. Coolcontacts is the way forward.

I recently damaged a contact lens and was desperate for a replacement pair. I just wanted the same prescription as previously (which I had), and just couldn't afford high street prices and the re-test. I just wanted the lenses. The order went through immediately, with a quick delivery time. As it was online, I was personally able to use Pay Pal in Three, making it even more manageable. Recently my high-street opticians had starting becoming more and more devious and coercive in their efforts to get my business so I decided to see what online options there were. I came across coolcontacts from a Google search and wondered whether I should risk ordering RGPs without my optician's help. I was reassured by the Trustpilot reviews so decided to give it a whirl.

I was delighted to find that everything went even smoother than with my opticians and with a number of other benefits to boot: 1/3 cheaper, no trips to the opticians (and navigating their shifty sales tactics), great comms by email with cc staff, and all processed and delivered to my door in a week. And the lenses fit perfectly. I am completely delighted with their service and can't recommend them enough.

After getting my RGPs from my high-street optician for the past 28 years I won't be seeing them again, and it won't be because of poor eyesight.

I had never even considered looking online for gas permeable lenses and had been with the same optician for many years. However the last experience I had ( a choice between a payplan or extremely expensive one off charges) encouraged me to do some research and the excellent reviews convinced me to approach Cool Contacts. I was delighted with the speedy and efficient service. The lenses fit comfortably and work out much cheaper. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Hard lenses are hard to find. Many retailers either charge an outrageous sum or sell knockoffs. Prices here are reasonable and no knockoffs. Also quick turnaround.
