Item wasn’t sent out until I emailed explaining it had not been dispatched. Then I received a completely different case to what I had ordered from a different company not coopercases. Still trying to get the matter resolved. Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered.

Delivered in time, functional

Placed order on January 2 items not received yet with constant emails with no response. And no customer service contact other than email.

My order was confirmed, but the next day it was canceled because of no stock. No information whether there would be more stock at some point, i.e., if I should try to order again later. At least the money was refunded quickly.

I’ve been using this particular case for years. This is the fourth one I’ve had so I’m definitely a fan of it. It wears well enough. I’m pretty rough on it so I’m grateful for the protection it provides my iPad. My only wish would be that I could order the case without the keypad. Although the keyboards have been upgraded with each case, I now have a surplus of them which all still work very well.

I purchased the 360 stand. I love the design. Unfortunately when I extend the arms upright and place my phone on the holder, the unit folds down. There is no way to adjust or tighten the arms so that it remains in an upright position.

Goods as described. Delivered from Hong Kong, so obviously took a couple of weeks, but the tracker kept us up to date.

My second time ordering a cooper case for my IPad.Im always dropping things and the last thing I wanna drop is my IPad! lol I loved my first case I bought 7 yrs ago that I had to get another for my new IPad.Cooper cases are way cheaper then ones in the stores too! Gotta love the lifetime warranty too!

Great customer service. I ordered a used stand from Amazon and it was missing a piece. I messaged the company and they sent me out the missing piece and a surprise with it. Thank you so much!

I bought 2 iPad cases on 3/2/24 and have not receive my order.

Dear Cooper Cases We have Bought several times from you and in the last order we had an issue that we received the wrong cases, We actually send these cases to Venezuela and the cases are all the way over there since it was the same code and product we trusted the order to be the exact same I have always contacted someone called Carlos Ayon
but I cannot reach him since march 19 and I would like to know what is going to happen since he had told me I would get a replacement since I sent the corresponding pictures of the cases of different size and the proper packaging
I get no answer from the contact person or customer service it is like they disappeared

Get case, super fit

Being the iPad Pro it has been so hard to find a case let alone a good kids heavy duty case. This is an Amazing case! Great quality with fast shipping! Highly recommend and would definitely shop again!!

Had a little trouble with my order as the color I wanted was out of stock. Talked to a member and quickly received a new replacement in another color of my choice and was kept updated on the status of my order. Will be ordering from here again!

Unfortunately the product haven’t arrived.
The button for tracking the order in email doesn’t work, I can’t even check what the status is.
