Bad customer service
Place an order on November 8, get confirmation of the order. Don't hear anything until I get an email on November 20, that I received a refund, and my order has been canceled. Looking into my order I find that they did not have the stock to send my one item.

Really disappointed in this company for…
Really disappointed in this company for not having stock when they first took my money. If you have stocking issues with your 9" Universal Tablet Holder then make it known on your site. The only reason I gave 3-stars was because my money was refunded. Will not look at you again to purchase a tablet cover.

Cancelled order
You cancelled my order which was disappointing, I have had a coopers case for many years and was replacing it as the hinge was no longer functioning, I did manage to get one from Amazon but had to pay far more for it.

placed order - system error
placed order. waited a few weeks and never received item. contacted support twice. second time a rep got back to me a few days later. my order was "hung up" in the system and they no longer had my item in stock so they refunded me my money.
