This is the 4th time I have ordered your vouchers. They make amazing presents. However on this occasion, I ordered on 10th November & still not received them. I called today (11th December) & was told there had been a delay. I did get a genuine apology but no goodwill gesture was offered & my vouchers have still not arrived. Sadly, I’m reluctant to buy anymore for fear they won’t arrive in time.

The order was easy to do online and arrived quickly. Packaged well, lovely gift box for the Whisky.

All the products taste amazing, I ordered Son of a Gun Coffee, Masthouse Whisky Explorer’s Pack and Son of a Gun which is really strong but lovely.

Tried Son of a Gun with dessert at a restaurant and thought it was very good and would make a perfect Christmas present - great taste, different and a quirky story. Ordered three bottles which were dispatched promptly with friendly and efficient customer service.

I'm hoping the spirits I bought as gifts will be well received. Am very impressed with the gift bags.
One negative was my husband went to collect my order. He handed over his phone with it on.
When he got home we were one bottle short which meant he had to go all the way back. All else fab.
