Disgraceful company. Preying on the public at a time when we should be helping each other. Received every one of my test results 4 days late. Give me back my money!

I mailed my day 2 PCR test one week ago today, and I still haven't gotten my result back. I've spoken to two acquaintances who have said the same thing. It's not worth the frustration, even if it's a cheaper option on the UK government website. You're better off paying a little more money for a service that actually works.

what a terrible service and the excuse is Royal Mail when it clearly states on the portal they received the samples.
These need to be removed from the government recommended labs, he even suggested that they are making no money from his the government are.

No customer service. Results did not arrive in time. Had to pay for new flight and new PCR test. Do not use this company

I ordered a day 2, day 8 and early release through them. Day 2 results received on day 6 and early release not received, and it's day 9!!! What a waste of money. I did a PCR through NHS and received results next day while still waiting for anything from them.

Booked test to release and its day 8 still without results. Royal mail delivered it to them on day 6 and they were telling me excuses that the lab isn't answering and they will call me back (never happened)

I thought the system for booking was a little confusing (looking in general through the government website is a nightmare) but the tests turned up as expected before arriving home and the results were returned in very good time. Generally around 24hrs. The app and online system isn't exactly beautifully designed but all worked ok.

On the up side, they sent the test kit, it arrived on time, and after I sent it back they actually sent me the test result.

On the downside, their customer service is beyond horrible. I put down the wrong postcode (yeah, stupid mistake). To fix it, coronafocus just had to call DPD and tell them the correct postcode. But all I got from them was "If your kits have already been dispatched then we cannot change the delivery address". Which was a total lie (I know, because I called DPD). There was no phone number, so I couldn't talk to a real person, and they wouldn't reply to my emails. Thank god the driver was nice enough to deliver it to me (even though technically he wasn't supposed to). Do _not_ use this company!

Booked with them because they're cheap. The kits came on time and results were available promptly for download (not that I bothered because I already knew I wasn't ill). Branch Covidian bedwetters might want a more reactive service but this company are perfectly adequate. Would have been five stars but I still deeply resent being forced by law to waste £99 on this ridiculous exercise.

Unreliable. They should be removed from the government list. I don't know why they are still included. DO NOT BOOK A TEST WITH THEM, YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND TIME. DO NOT BOOK A TEST WITH THIS LAB. No one to talk to, no one answers to emails..

I have booked a test a couple of months ago and need to change my test date. I emailed them several weeks ago with no response to get this done.
This company does not ship out the test kits until your return to the uk, which is quite risky as if it does not arrive in time you will fall foul of UK legislation regarding return testing. I would never have ordered from this company if I knew this was the case. other companies can ship out your test kit up to 3 months before you need to use it.
Also the online chat never is manned, so I would avoid this company as you rely on them to comply with UK regulations. I will be reporting my experience via the gov.uk page where you can complain about poor service from providers.

Spent ages looking for reliable but not too expensive Day 2&8 tests for my in-laws and settled on Coronafocus Oncologica (purchased through Nomad Travel). I was sceptical as lots of these companies have poor reviews and never offer refunds. The tests arrived on time and the instructions were clear, but my in-laws managed to make a mistake and take the wrong barcoded tests. Surprisingly this was super easy to resolve by filling out an online form, and then within 24 hours the barcodes had been switched online and the test certificates were changed. They may not have a way to contact them by phone, but clearly their online contact form is actually dealt with quickly and effectively which is great, and they resolved the problem even though it was entirely our fault not theirs!

Difficult to deal with this company. They don't provide information about using a courier instead of royal mail to avoid delays. The fees cost £99.00 for two tests and you can wait 72 hours for results. Don't use them and look for a different suplier.

Paperwork difficult to understand and nobody to talk to. Very poor service. Told my results are there but unable to access. AVOID THIS COMPANY
