It was easy process online, smooth process and timely.

Once I filled the online form at costco mortgage website , I received a call from Costco a few minutes later telling me how the mortgage works and the agent connected me live to one of the mortgage partners who helped me from there on. The process was smooth. I was told upfront about the benefit they provide to costco members ( limiting origination & processing charges to costco defined amount, a great deal for executive members ) . Overall a smooth and predictable experience as I worked through application all the way to closing.

We've refinanced multiple times over the years for various reasons and thought we never would again. Had a super low rate already but then thought about a cash out to fund some much needed work on the house. Marc at Box Home Loans was able to get us an even lower rate and the process went smoothly and quickly. About six weeks from first contact until we received our cash out. Best refinance ever!

I chose one of the companies from Costco mortgage program. I got discounted fee. And the online process is pretty smooth. All the parties in the process work very efficiently. I am very happy with the result.

Lenders associated with Costco mortgage program has very low cost compared to other lenders. However there was variance in closing cost estimate and actual (upwards of 5%) from the lender. Also the closing documents are not sent beforehand for reading / reviewing before closing. Though this is standard practice across different lenders, but I believe lenders associated with Costco mortgage program should be ensured for couple of things
1. Closing cost should not vary more than 1-2% than estimated cost
2. Closing documents should be shared atleast 24 hrs before closing

One of the best mortgage experiences I've had in my 73 years. The referral from Costco was as easy as clicking a box. The lender we selected, Strong Home Mortgage, was excellent. They were highly competent and efficient, and very customer oriented. Our loan officer was superb. He was highly knowledgeable, extremely accommodating and a true professional all around. I highly recommend.

We received several calls from competitive loan companies. We went with Mutual of Omaha because they called first and offered several options. The rates were good and they beat out our loan from the credit union.

Great service! Closed within 21 days of application. Very good fees and couldn't have been more easy to deal with the lender.
