The support team at coupon pilots …
The support team at coupon pilots respond in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone from Chris to Brian to Jane has helped me when I needed it. I had some requests that couldn't be fulfilled which is why I didn't give a 5 star rating. You can't change a coupon once you've signed up for it. Maybe that is something that can be changed if someone for example his receiving chocolate in the summer months because it won't travel well and would arrive in poor condition. Otherwise, my experience was good when I unsubscribed this week. Thanks to Jane for helping me unsubscribe successfully and hopefully I can signup again in the future.

I placed an order, "just pay shipping of $0.99" and get a box of chocolate bars. They charged me, I never recieved my box, and I have had monthly charges of $9.95 coming out of my account without my permission! What's more there is no way to actually talk to a representative from couponpilots; no phone numbers, no call center, only an Email address. This is unacceptable and I will bet anything that the company will not own up and refund my money.
Update: been in contact with the coupon pilot team through Email and all I'm getting is a refund for this month to cancel my account. Very poor service and no attempt to make it right. Do not waste your time with this service.

Somehow i had a problem with the order …
Somehow i had a problem with the order delievery, so i chose to cancel the sign up for nestle chocolate coupon. I talked to the customer care, got to talk to Anna who solved my problem in no time. Abigail was great!
I was originally quite peeved since I had unknowingly signed up for a monthly fee with this company but as soon as I emailed in, my concern was met with very helpful and extremely quick service from Abigail. She was extremely polite despite my peeved nature and went above and beyond what I expected from an online customer service rep. She did a wonderful job!

Pleasant Mistake
I signed up for Couponpilots by mistake, however, with the help of team member Johnathan I was able to cancel my subscription with ease- not to mention the pleasant correspondence that took place throughout the process made it almost enjoyable. Due to the positive experience I had with Johnathan, I intend to sign up with Couponpilots once I have less payments to take care of.
