I have had several positive interactions with Lea, in customer service.
She was able to quickly resolve my issues and follow-up on past questions.
Although the shipping of products was very slow she has tracked my package and made life much simpler for me.

Prompt response to questions
Although it seems sketchy and the reviews regarding the sampler boxes are mixed, I am happy with the support I received from Mary with regards to cancelling any further transactions. My son signed up for the lays box (I gave him permission without realizing what I was saying yes to) so I wanted unsubscribe to any future shipments. I believe there may have been some misunderstanding as I was told both the subscription and the order my son placed were cancelled (was only looking to end subscription, not cancel order) however I'm not overly concerned with that. Thank you Mary for quickly responding to my concerns and taking care of my issue :)
