I only know how easy the select and buy was and correcting my error was dealt with kindly and promptly.
Well the dude who came with the recovery truck for the celica was very pleasant and immediately knew what was wrong with my car. He gave it a few whacks on the wheel hub and problem sorted. Also gave me preventative tips and made sure I was safe to go on my journey from home. Give the recovery guy 5 stars from me.

I used them twice last year, both due to flat batteries, the first time was very quick, the second not so quick, but, they were very busy and the roads were in a chaotic state due to the snow, and I was kept in the loop, so, pretty good IMHO..............
Wouldn't hesitate in recommending to a friend. Website doesn't ask for irrelevant information making the whole process speedy and pain free! Price for the breakdown is excellent compared to AA/RAC etc.,
More than pleased!
I was looking to renew my breakdown insurance. I looked at over 19 different offers
just as I was getting fed up I notice you thank goodness I did. I very pleased with
your offer and cover. I will recommend you to my familyand friends.

Difficult to write a review when you have not used or tested the breakdown response. I just hope it's as good as they say. I will report if and when I use the service.
i broke down, was rescued quickly, its all that you need.
I got into an uncertain event while having an drive to out of town inside UK. I called the covermybreakdown representative and they was with me just within couple of minutes.
Only having purchased the cover, I hope that I dont need to use it. If I do, I hope it will never leave me stranded like a competitor did.
the price is real good as for the sevice it's too early to share my opinion, i will let you know IF i break down and need help, at present i have no problems and hopefully it will stay that way
I would rather receive some paperwork to cover the money I have spent out on the covermybreakdown site. Everything seemed OK but until I have a breakdown how do I know. The site was fine.
after searching the comparison sites for the best price for breakdown cover `covermybreakdown.com' came out the best, the nearest quoted policy for the year was £20 more expensive!!
some companies use excess amounts, a maximum distance from your home & other restrictive policy constraints as well.
So yes I would recommend this company for being easy to set up online, amending policy details, payment methods & confirmation of the cover required,
good job `covermybreakdown.com'
A cat's eye ripped my tyre causing an instant puncture in the middle of nowhere in Wales.
Despite me providing scant co-ordinates, the repair man located me, plus he had difficulty changing the wheel because of uneven ground and he remained pleasant, polite and was proficient.
All sorted within 90 minutes.
Many thanks.
Took out breakdown insurance to cover an upcoming holiday. We were asked when we wanted cover to start - we said the first day of our holiday, in two days' time. Payment was taken and policy documents immediately e- mailed to us. As I am a suspicious type I read the small print, only to discover that the policy "excess" meant that any claim during the first 72 hours (three days) of the policy would not be met. So even if we'd asked for cover to start immediately, the first day of our holiday would not, in fact, have been covered. This seemed a bit deceitful - most people, not unreasonably, would assume that if you are asked specifically when you want cover to start, cover will start from that date. Surely if cover could not be provided from a date two days hence as requested, our application should have been declined? As the policy was useless, given that it wouldn't cover one of our two days driving, I cancelled it immediately- but would most people even have realised that asking for cover to start in two days actually means it won't start for five days? In fairness, cancellation was easy - but I bet plenty of people won't realise they ought to. Bad form, covermybreakdown.
