This was so quick and easy all done in 5 mins good value for money compared to a lot of the large companies and covers you for so much more.

Standard waiting time is claimed to be 1:5 to 2 hours. In practice far longer. They left a disabled, diabetic single lady sitting on the hard shoulder of a busy motorway intersection from 10.30pm until 1.45am. Then the next day from 1.11pm until 4.15. I made a formal complaint that day, nearly 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything since.
They may be very cheap, but they are worse than useless.

Absolutely amazing value for money plus quality service .Used them three times in the past and could not have been better. Waiting time far less than one of the major breakdown providers.

Good service. Prices have risen somewhat since last year. Why do over 70s have to pay so much when in pretty good health?

I find them very easy to join and renew my policy. The breakdown vans are very friendly and helpful. Nothing to small. The price is brilliant and very affordable. Would use them again,again without hesitation.

It took close to 1/2 hour to get through on the support line. Once the call was picked up the service was good.

I used them when my car would not start they were quick , friendly and efficient.

For the price paid you cannot go wrong.I had the misfortune of breaking down.called the help line..45 mins later back on the road.

I have renewed for my second year. Not had to use yet, so I can't comment on service. Renewal went through ok although the the price was a little higher than I was happy with. This was rectified, so I went ahead
