The first one I received didn't work. I quickly got a new which I just checked, and it works.

I paid 299 for 4 garden lights 20 /25 sphéric and I received recheargable ones bad very bad quality for the price I paid. They weren t helpful, they told me I chose the wrong ones tough luck !

The lights blackened the glass on lighting. The product looks cheap.alth poo ugh is expensive. From other reviews I can't return as I will get charged postage and only receive 50% refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Cheap looking and bad quality

Good information during delivery. The lamp that arrived matched the picture on the website 100% A small minus: There is no information about which light bulbs should be used for the lamp I bought.

Awful. Have a 1 only because I can’t give zero. Product didnt arrive, no refund despite my pointing out my consumer rights, customer service fob you off, they sent a second product which finally did arrive but is cheap, flimsy and the light provided is poor. Avoid

I bought 2 lamps and have returned via Peddler service to Yunexpress. I have no track and trace and can not control if my order arrived in China. I asked for a refund of 89,90 but no response.

If I could give a rating of zero stars I would. I ordered 2 lights which 1) do not stay charged and 2) turn themselves on without me hitting the remote. I was told 2 replacement would be sent but only one was received and it had the same issues as the first two. I then sent an e-mail stating that I wanted to return all the lamps and get a refund. That e-mail and the 3 subsequent e-mails have gotten no response. This company should be avoided at all costs

The customer service is incredibly fast and wants the customers to be fully satisfied. I had a little issue that was my fault and they helped me beyond my expectations.

I bought two portable table lamps and they both broke after a few months of use. I was denied a refund and was offered a replacement after having to send them a video showing the malfunction. The replacement also broke and had the same problem - they asked for a video again and denied there was any problem! The light of these lamps become very dim only after a couple of months usage. They stop charging properly and the light is very dim even when attached to the usb charger. It seems obvious that they are defective however the company still do not want to admit it. Very poor quality and very poor customer service. Do not buy from this company

This is a Vietnam company, Chinese manufacturer, sales in Sweden. For refund you must pay all shipping costs to China and they will only give you <50% of your purchase price.

When i first ordered this i was excited then i looked up reviews about the company and was like oh no hope i didnt get scammed

Long story short it arrived i put it together but the bolt to put the base of it on was too short so i had to go buy some bolts.. thats only downside besides that works as intended

But i dont think id be buying from here again..probably best bet to stick with known brands like govee etc
