I have to give credit where credit is due… ordered and was informed on their way , nothing arrived so I was informed sending out another one. At this point I checked Trust Pilot reviews and thought … ah you’ve been scammed and thought that was the end of it. But lo and behold my light arrived, in perfect condition and looks and works beautifully! I have seen it much cheaper since though - bit at least I did get something for my money.

A month later! I’m still waiting for my order!PATHETIC EXCUSE:that they called me and no one answered❗️Really?how come all other orders reach me?TELL YOUR CEO’S TO START USING FUNDS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD OF PRETTY PICTURES❗️
It’s 2024❗️ we have what’s app, sms, email ? Don’t waste your time or money buying from them!..
I can’t recall exactly & wasted enough time,am sure I paid earlier than 12 March.

I received an item that I am extremely dissatisfied with.
It is proving impossible to contact them to return the item.
Scandalous!

Avoid this company. Ordered three lights supposed to be warm white as shown in pics on the site but they were not. Slow delivery and no response from their support email asking how to return. I would not recommend or use again and would warn anyone else that you won’t get support or be able to return your items, based on my experience.

Avoid this company. If the item you order arrive you will be lucky as I never received mine (£220 !!!!!!).
They just said they are concerned about it but nothing else. NO EXCUSES,NO REFUND,NOTHING . Not to be trusted.

Fake products, fake pictures, fake or wrong info on website, fake testimonies.
Please avoid. If the products you order arrive you will find them to be of very low quality or not working. Packaging is highly unsustainable. Returns are almost impossible. Not to be trusted. They need to be taken off the web!

Definitely a scam website. Nothing arrives and only bots reply when you chase.

If I could give them no stars I would. I have NEVER had to return an item to CHINA. It costs more than the lamps I bought to ship them there. A real rip-off. They are scumbags. Spend your money on companies with integrity.

Purchased $100 lamp. It didn’t work on arrival.

Company required me to either pay return shipping ($65 to china) or accept a $30 credit to their store.

Mad as a hornet!! I ordered two lamps from this business. One arrived damaged but they were plastic pieces of junk (not as depicted on the website). They offer 30-day returns, but they do not tell you that the customer must pay shipping costs to return the items and that you must send them to CHINA. It is not a California company. The cost of returning them was going to be more than the cost of the order ($107), so they told me I'd be better off just keeping the junk.

Bought a lamp advertised as a sunrise simulator, phone charger etc. But I received a small plastic piece of rubbish that cost me more than £70!!
It's a scam, I've requested a refund but I'm not hopeful after reading the other reviews on here.... don't bother buying anything from them

I wanted to return the items as they were not of good quality. They said I had to pay and return to China (I agreed to do this). However, they cannot share the paperwork required for customs to return. The return policy is therefore not accurate. I was offered a 40 GBP refund on 110GBP. Very bad experience.

Just like everyone else here, I quickly discovered that this is a Chinese junk shop posing as a Swedish design company. My lamp is a such cheap knockoff of the original. I could tell I had been duped as soon as I received my package because it weighed close to nothing. And alas the lamp doesn't work -- I can't get it to turn on and off with the touch sensor and it really emits very little light at all. Just a waste of money.

I bought lamps from the alleged Swedish designer company and received cheap plastic lamps. Delivered in a pink plastic bag, without any further protection, the boxes were totally crushed and - regardless of the poor quality - no longer in a condition to use them as a gift. When I tried to make use of my 30-day right of return, they first tried to convince me to keep the lamps. After several emails, they informed me that I should return the lamps to China at my own expense - even though they claim to be a company in the EU. Since shipping to China was too expensive for me, after several emails the company offered to refund me 30% if I kept the lamps. So I said yes and since then they have truly gone into hiding. They have stopped responding and have not issued a refund. This company is cheating and doesn't keep what they promise online.

Ich habe Lampen von der angeblichen swedischen Designerfirma gekauft und billige Plastiklampen erhalten. Geliefert in einem pinken Plastiksack, ohne weiteren Schutz waren die Kartonagen total zerdrückt und - unabhängig von der schlechten Qualität - nicht mehr in einem Zustand sie als Geschenk zu verwenden. Als ich mein 30tägiges Rückgaberecht in Anspruch nehmen wollte, wollte man mich zuerst überzeugen die Lampen zu behalten. Nach mehreren Mails informierte man mich darüber, dass ich die Lampen auf eigene Kosten nach China retournieren soll. Und dass, obwohl sie sich als Unternehmen in der EU ausgeben. Da mir der Versand nach China zu teuer war, bot mir die Firma nach etlichen Emails an, mir 30% rückzuerstatten, wenn ich die Lampen behalte. Also habe ich zugesagt und seitdem sind sie wahrhaftig untergetaucht. Sie antworten nicht mehr und haben auch keine Rückerstattung veranlasst. Dieses Unternehmen betrügt und hält nicht was sie online versprechen.

I ordered 4 table lamps. Within 1 week, the head snapped off one, and a week later another was turning on spontaneously and staying on, running the battery down so not only does it always have to be plugged in as it’s dead, but if you want the light off it disturbs you by randomly turning on.
I was told I’d be sent a replacement for both, but never received the second one. It has been 6 weeks since I was told I’d be sent one, I have followed up 3 times and never get a response.
Cheap quality products with less than adequate customer service. Not a good experience.

Poor quality items, overpriced, no proper return policy, poor communications - avoid.

This is the same company as Restaurant.Lighting. The new website for this 'brand' is now creative.lighting instead of creative-lightning.com.

It's a Chinese company claiming to be based in Sweden. They will fraudulently not honour EU consumer rights as they claim to be based in EU.

Positive reviews are fake, here and on their website. These are cheapo products with a heavy markup and pretending to be discounted.
