In April 2025 I ordered 25 silver Ray dudes lamps.
The lights look really cool and the light they produce is also very nice.
However, when fully charged the lights only burn for about 5 hours, not long enough for a full dinner service.
The biggest problem is that after just 4 weeks, of using the lights only 4 nights a week, 9 of the charging cables are already broken and worse, 5 of them broke off inside the lamp, so both the cable and the lamps are unusable.
On contacting customer support, the answer was " we never had this complaint before, you need to be more carefull"..........

We treated the lamps with a lot of care and never forced any of the cables or anything like that.

€ 747,= paid and after 4 weeks I can't use 9 of the 25 lamps.....

Poor quality and even worse support.

This is a scam. Pretending to be a legit company from Europe. But is just drop shipping from Ali express in China.
You can buy the exact same product for a fraction of the price on AliExpress.
All the 5 star reviews are obviously fake.

Purchased a couple of remote control lights back in April. The lights arrived but had no remote controls. I wanted to return them but they kept offering for me to keep them and offered me a partial refund. Absolutely not as they are not fit for purpose, I am not blowing best part of £80 for something I can't use. They insisted I had to pay for returning them, even though this was a factory and distribution issue that the lights arrived to me incomplete. After email exchanges, I relented but insisted that the postage charge (£30) is refunded along with the lights as the reason was not my fault. It has now been 3 weeks, no refund and no answer to any of my emails, completely ghosting me. These are nothing but a bunch of crooks boasting top quality Scandinavian products but cheaply manufactured and shipped from China.

The package looked like it had been through a rough delivery, but the light was so well packed that it arrived in perfect condition. It works perfectly, and I'm really impressed with amazing lighting effects!

Absolutely love the space projector! It’s been such a fun way to spend quality time with my children talking about the planets

Have ordered motion lights several times. I have them on my stairs, in my wardrobes and in my kitchen.

Ordered two products from them over 3 months ago and only received one. They refused to give me a refund for the second item that was never received and now customer service are ignoring my repeated attempts to contact them.

Delivery was on time, and the lights was well packaged.

I'm really impressed with the customer service here. I had an issue with a defective light. They asked for a video of the problem, which I sent, and they shipped a replacement right away. Now, I do really have a good time with the light now and really appreciate how hassle-free the process was.

Delivery is from China, took ages (over a month!).

The magnets are crap, one light just falls when it's vertical (not upside down, just stuck to a wall).

The reviews on their website are probably a scam, I don't see a way to post a review on my order.

I purchased a bedside lamp after seeing it on Facebook. It's stylish and fits perfectly with my decor, but the touch controls are a bit sensitive-sometimes it turns on when I don't mean to. Still, I love it.

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering with Creative.Lighting. I've been scammed by this Chinese company. I ordered a light with them that looked very qualitative on their website. I had looked into cheaper alternatives on Amazon but I decided to pay a bit more to get something really nice. When my delivery arrived, I immediately noticed the product looked very cheap and similar to what I could have gotten on Amazon, if not worse... I contacted them to return the item, and they started by offering me a £15 discount on their website for another purchase. I insisted with a return, and they gave me an address in China for which I would pay the shipping fees, or an immediate £5 refund. I took the £5 refund as I sensed the return process would not be straightforward... So basically, I paid for a really cheap product 3 to 4 times more than I would have paid on Amazon. The company is most definitely not based in Sweden.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the product itself is solid. Worth it!

I ordered a motion light for my closet, and while it looks amazing and was easy to install. I reached out to customer support, and they sent an detailed instrcutions to me, personalized for me, which was great.

Customer service was also helpful when I had a question about compatibility.

Delivery was super fast. The only thing I’d mention is that the packaging was a bit basic, but the lamp itself feels sturdy and well made. Great value for the price.

Great purchase! I bought both versions of the cordelss wall lamp, the remote control and the touch control models. They both work great.

Astronaut Projection Light – Good product. My son loves it. Arrived quickly and the quality is excellent.

I’ve placed three orders on this site, and overall, I’m very satisfied. The first two arrived in about a week, while the third took a bit longer, but it still made it in the end. The product quality is great, definitely worth it!
