I ordered a product (Order #CL-129078) from
Creative.Lighting on March 9, 2025, and paid ₹12,600 (~€133.43) using my credit card.

The seller promised to reimburse any customs duty, and later confirmed this via multiple emails. After I paid INR 6,531 (~$78) as custom duty to receive the product and sent them the official receipt, they refused to refund, falsely claiming the receipt wasn't valid.

Their support team (Ebba, Idun) kept delaying and then backtracked completely on their commitment — despite me fulfilling my part.

This is a clear case of false promises and unethical behavior.

This Company does not want you to return items have asked so many times for a return authority and just been given lots of excuses from them. They also had one part of my order returned to them through Australia Post and when I inquired about where my parcel was they had it sent back to me they just play games with people. First two items arrived quickly only for the third to take a month or more to be sorted out and return it through Australia post with packaging damaged so I have not opened these parcels as return policy is they have to be retuned in original packaging and authority has to be given to be able to return them which they don’t give you so they are not a trustful company to deal with would advise everyone to stay away from them as they treat you like an inconvenience once they have your money you won’t get a return if not satisfied with the product and there constant demands to give you the run around for months is disgusting.

Poor and i have ordered 3 periodic tabelseach one afret the other because the came with scratches and you cant read the names of the elements because the elements self is on rhe wrong place and over the writing.I got it from my parents as a really special gilf and now i feel sad because if the quality.You dont get what you pay for.😡

I needed a portable camping lamp, and this store had a few interesting items. The battery lasts a long time, and it’s compact enough to fit in my backpack. The only improvement I’d suggest is making the power button a little more tactile, it’s hard to find in the dark.

They are a fraude. It's a chinese company of dropshipping, not a swedish company that produces goods. They buy they products from Aliexpress ans sell them 5 times the price. All 5 stars reviews are fake ones. Just report this website to your athorities.

I bought solar lights and unfortunately they don’t work.Asked for return with pre paid postage they refused told me to pay for it and send it back to China!!!Those lights are made of plastic and looking super cheap.There is nothing Swedish in this company and their products.
