The rating and reviews really baffle me. I've been receiving packages from CTT Express quite often and never had a problem.
The delivery drivers in my area are always nice, and the packages always arrive on time.
On top of that, whenever I'm not home, they usually call me and ask how to proceed.

No delivery.
They claim delivered with a fake DNI and signature.
No response when you get in contact with them.

Scam company that says they tried to deliver it without ever making an attempt. Will have you chasing your package for months and no one ever answers the phone or written inquiries.

With a rating of 1.2 my rating of 1 barely impacts how poor they are. Never once have they delivered to the door, yet they claim they have? Never expect your delivery if someone uses these - absolutely scam

How come they still allow this company to run that 100% is negative reviews.i'm so upset of thier service.no responce at all,my package is almost 2 months did not come.when i call the customer service the operator always says to deliver tomorrow.

Reading reviews I am confused as CTT Express has been delivering parcels to me in Olhos de Agua for years and my experience has been uniformly excellent. Really pleasant professional drivers and never have a problem with my address which can be a challenge for some other couriers. For instance: I ordered an item yesterday (21 Jan 2026) at lunchtime from Amazon.es - it was delivered this morning (22 Jan) at 09.40 !!!! Driver as always - professional with a smile. Superb service. Less than a day from a different country !!!

Mediocre service.
The tracking hasn't updated in a week.
The courier doesn't bother to go to the address, nor does he call the mobile number associated with the order.
I go to a CTT (Portuguese Postal Service) point asking them to change the address and pick up the item at the store itself.
They tell me that the address change cannot be done at the counter, but only through the customer support line. After numerous calls, and requesting more and more personal information, they claim that the change takes about 24 hours to take effect, and they are not sure if the request reaches the central office. Before hanging up, they try to push the purchase of new CTT products.
We'll have to wait and see when the company or the couriers take responsibility for the damage caused.

As if CTT Express hasn't had enough bad reviews. Incredibly their driver complained very rudely and at length that I should only speak Spanish on one delivery, next the same man called me for another delivery and hung up on me when I didn't speak Spanish. Then on our next delivery, (presumably the same driver) I am advised "cannot be delivered" at the end of the day. Obviously not a good company to use for our very large generally English speaking Urbanisation.

"We're sorry. We were unable to deliver your shipment." - Well, this is actually true. In general.

They have made no attempt whatsoever to deliver the package. Twice they have said there was an error in delivery. The house has someone in 24/7 with cameras and door bells galore and off street parking. No excuses... They should not be used

Two lost packages and no costumer service at all.

CTT’s tracking shows the package has not reached them yet after 10 days since the shipper said it was dispatched. Following the CTT link in the email from the shipper resulted in a 404 error. I had to copy the tracking number and manually paste it into the package tracking on the CTT website to see the non-status of my package. This is the second delivery they have messed up in a month, the other was returned to the sender without a delivery attempt or any attempt to contact me. The vendor made it right by express delivering the item with a reputable carrier and giving me a discount so it cost them about €50 to fix CTTs error. Any company that uses CTT is risking reputational damage and high costs. It’s mind boggling how poor this company is.

Absolute scammers. First it says the address is wrong, it is not wrong, SEUR made 4 deliveries in the same week at the same address ( and they had the brains to make a call in case if they needed something ) and than 2 weeks after it shows that it has been delivered but, IT HAS NOT!!!! And 2 days later it says that is has been shipped back to the sender. I don’t understand how DHL can work with this people. An absolute joke of a company.

The worst of the worst. They are unreachable. I wish this company and its managers / CEO a life in hell.

Save your sanity and avoid using any company that uses CTT Express. Dreadful company that lies and steals your orders by using fake ID and forges signatures. Cant even do an official complaint as the scoundrels dont answer emails. What an embarrassment of a company!

Absolute joke of a courier company, don't respond to emails. They put the wrong house name on the address despite being given it twice still awaiting a delivery for over a week.

At 20.30 we received an email about the delivery, the television was delivered from CTT Express. But we did not receive it! We were home all day for it. The television is NOT delivered. Also not in the building or with neighbours.

Very poor experience with CTT Express in Barcelona, Spain. My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. They claimed it was left with a neighbor, which was not true. No neighbor received the package, and CTT Express was unable to provide any proof of delivery (no name, no ID, no signature).

I contacted them multiple times by phone and email over several weeks. Each time I had to explain the situation again, was promised an investigation and a response within 24–72 hours, but I never received any follow-up. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether.

The package (worth €178.68) appears to be lost, yet CTT Express takes no responsibility and provides no solution or compensation. Extremely frustrating, unprofessional handling of incidents, and nonexistent customer support. I would not recommend this company.

Ctt expresso is the liar. I have bought present for Christmas and they should deliver yesterday, which they didn't deliver and I was all the home. After they send me email saying, couldnt deliver the product because person choose the pick up points, which I didn't asked and they even didn't call me. I am so upset as they will close today at 13h, and I do not have time to pick. This is so irresponsible, it had happened to me so many times and still some online shoppers use it which I couldnt do nothing
