because of the quality build and comfort I have recently purchased another iD4, I would suggest that VW assist loyal customers by giving incentives if they continue to stay with the brand.
Staff were very experienced and the overall experience was good.

Not a great experiance with Driverline so far
When I had had my new Audi A5 for a week I rang in to see if it was registered with Driverline. I spoke to a lady who was rather short with me telling me that the car was not on the system and wouldn't be until it was 10 days old. My question is would I have been left by the roadside if the car had broken down or had a flat tyre? Also within 10 days of the end of my previous cars lease I was suppose to get a final invoice apparently. The car was taken away three days after a payment was made, three weeks on (and still no paperwork) another payment has been taken. When I phoned it I was told it could be five days before the mistaken payment is looked at. I am now waiting for the balance of the first payment and the whole of the payment that should not have been taken. This has come just as I have to pay 12 months upfront for the new car!

Great fast service
2nd time I have used VWFS and had no issues with application or decision time.
Most of my details were on file so very little actual paperwork and online signature made it possible to be at home and sign the documents which gave me chance to read through them without any pressure
