Unprompted Response But Totally Appreciated
I’ve had both a great experience and a poor experience with Cuts Clothing customer service. The previous was about a Mystery Box situation where I ordered 2 and they sent me 2 boxes of shirts with the exact same ugly ass colors lol. Not very mysterious if you ask me. So I tried to get it sent back or a refund and they refused both bc mystery boxes were non-refundable. Go figure.
Fast forward to this recent time where I initiated a conversation with Cuts to provide my personal insight and experience with their clothing - particularly the FTS Activewear. TL;DR clothing feels amazing, but performed HORRIBLY if there’s any sweat involved, which kinda defeats the whole purpose of the attire. I offered some recommendations (make it more absorbent, and create a tennis catalogue because I would rep that shit so hard). Also, the white shirt and hat both had mold growing on it that grew literally overnight. I explained that I’ve played tennis all through high school and for a university all four years, and never saw mold growing on clothes that fast, and I was much worse about getting clothes cleaned and washed in time back then than I am now. Their response was totally unprompted in regards to the fact that they decided to send out 2 replacements for the hat and shirt. That is incredible. I did not seek that out. I just wanted to offer criticism for a clothing company that I love so much.

Big fan
I'm a big fan of Cuts, whether due to the range of their items, the constant quality or their helpful customer support team. I know I'm rarely, if ever, going to be disappointed with what I order, which is my I am a repeat customer. I wouldn't mind seeing them set up a base either in the UK or Europe (if anything, to help speed up the shipping).

A+++ Customer Service
I recently put an order through for cuts clothing, as this was my first time purchasing from them. Unfortunately, I was sent a wrong item, but I can honestly say that the level of customer service I received to help resolve this issue was amazing. They got back to me within hours and the already had a replacement shipped out the very next day.
Even though I received a wrong item, I definitely will be shopping cuts again in the future based on the level of customer service they provided.

DO NOT BUY
I found the materials to seem like it's good quality but poorly constructed. It was definitely over priced. On top of that their customer service is horrendous. Every order placed came with complications. Recently, I bought over $500 worth of clothes on one of my orders and paid extra to have 2 day shipping and got my order 14 days later. Customer service was unresponsive and of little help. Will not be buying again from them

They are scammers and thieves!
They are scammers and thieves!! I didn't receive my order but they claim that in order to receive my money back i have to send back the package... which f***g package if I didn't receive it? Even with shipping protection they just dont care and keep your money.
Also they actively provide miss leading information regarding that this type of problems you have to deal it with your bank. That makes no sense at all.
Quality is poor
Quality has dropped. Bought their joggers about a year and a half ago and they were so much better than the crap you get now. Its not as snugged as before and the shirts also feel thinner. Shirts also run more tight if thats what youre looking for.
T-shirts are defective
T-shirts are defective. After 8-12 months stains start to appear, I suspect related to the dye that was used to colour the shirt. This has happened to me for split-hem, curve-hem and classic in all colours. When I reported it to customer service they finally acknowledged they had other complaints of this issue but claimed my purchases were too old for anything more than a $20 gift card. I would not recommend this clothing company to anyone. They don’t stand behind their products even when it’s something as obvious as a defect.
Great costumer service and great brand
Cuts has completely taken over my closet—and I couldn’t be happier about it. I have everything from their sweaters, hoodies, shirts, pants, and jackets, and even my wife is a big fan with a growing Cuts collection of her own. The fits are consistently on point, great designs, the quality is top-tier, and everything feels built to last.
What places Cuts apart from other brands, is their customer service. It’s rare these days to find a brand that actually cares, and Cuts delivers every time. A huge shoutout to Alejandro, who has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and always on time with support. It’s the kind of service that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!!!
