I ordered the jacket in November < I did receive the jacket however it was faulty and did not work,,, Sent it back and have gotten nothing back from them not my money or a replacement SUPER FRUSTRATED, should have read these reviews they are true. This is a some sort of scam or shady deal,,, I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau.

I ordered 4 Voltex Heated Vest on 12-10-2023 have yet to receive them. Got a tracking # which is bogus.The merchandise was never sent.I emailed support 10 times for a refund and was told they'd have to talk to support.December 27 still waiting for my refundor the vest.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I ordered a vest and other extras associated with the vest. And apparently like all the rest of the ratings given, I am no different, and certainly not the exception to the rule. I ordered on the 14th of December and was told the package would be delivered by the 24th, it is now the 26th and no package has been received. I called the company, they said that it was sent to USPS and that I would have to call the shipper. What a joke, there is no tracking number to talk with the shipper about. Thank God, my credit union will refund my money. But this is a company that deserves nothing but being investigated by the Commerce Department in Florida. Do they dare to have a location in Florida? Can you believe it? Scam City is this company. I should have checked the ratings before I ordered, but the sad thing is, you cannot even check that until you have paid your money, and get a receipt!

I ordered two vest and a pair of gloves a good month before Christmas. The wrong vests was delivered about 5 days before. I was told the gloves will be there Friday before christmas. It is now after Christmas and I still haven't received gloves. They wouldnt take back the vest at that time. I was told to wait till gloves came. I have called them several times.NO ANSWER! left two voicemails NO RETURNED CALLS. I left two emails NEITHER RETURNED. now im stuck storing this trash the sent me.

First if I could give -5 stars that would be over rated. I wish I'd read all the reviews and then I would have known not to use this company to get a glass of water, let alone spending money on a heated vest which is a piece of crap. Everything in these reviews are 100% accurate. Don't use them period. There automated answering and Email system is B.S.

Worst company ever! I ordered 3 heated vests (Christmas presents) on December 2nd. On December 12th I received a bogus shipping notification with tracking #, but when you attempt to track the following message appears: USPS awaiting package. I have emailed customer support 5 times and called multiple times (got through to an actual person once) and was told that refunds require me to wait for the package to arrive (they couldn't give me an estimated date) and then refuse delivery. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that there was no supervisor. Like I said, WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!

Package overdue for delivery. No one answering phone at customer service during posted business hours. Tracking number provided indicates package has yet to be received by shipper A 10 days after daily deals says item was shipped. Shady business at best.

The heated vest I ordered took 25 days to arrive. They tell you 3 to 5 days. Haha. You can buy the same vest on ebay for $26.00. So you are getting screwed ! I also ordered the battery for extended life. It doesn't even work with the vest. I would stay away.

This company is a prime example why Amazon has become a monopoly.

I'm so disappointed! I ordered 2 vest in an XL and they look like mediums. They are extremely thin, the lining inside looks like a reflective heat blanket for emergencies. I would imagine it not feeling good even over your clothes. I have a small mailbox, so I knew I was going to be disappointed when the usps notice said that my package was left in my box. They weren't even waded up, that's how thin they are. So sad that companies can do this and I looked at reviews, apparently it's all fake. I wouldn't even want to give these away to keep someone warm, complete joke!

This place is a scam had to cancel with CC company paid extra for quick ship 2 weeks ago still no update scam

Big mistake!!! I ordered heated vest for 5 people for Christmas from them. The tracking number shows that the shipper never received them. It's 5 days before Christmas and now I have to deal with getting my money back. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

I ordered the heated vest on Black Friday in November, I just received them after several emails back and forth, fake tracking numbers etc. the vest is not worth $5 And I paid $60 a piece for them and the sizes are completely wrong! No charger with either vest. I emailed again about return/refund and was told to call for instructions. No answer! This company is a scam do not order anything from them!! If a -10 were possible that is what I would give them!!! SCAM......

Be very careful when ordering from Daily Deals. I believe this is a scam site. They could never give me an update on my order other than a generic usps # that never updated with the progress of my order. I had to cancel my order with my CC company. It’s sad these kind of people are out there when you are trying to buy something nice for the people you care about for Christmas.

Never received confirmation so I reached out via phone 4 days later. It was disconnected so I sent an email. Received no response so I started to get the “scam” feeling as I am always suspect when an address is in Florida. The heated vests were supposed to ship from Ohio. Called credit card company and started dispute. Then two days later I receive tracking info…7 days later they tracking number says it was never scanned at USPS. This is a complete scam and I’m glad my cc company was able to credit me back.

Have not received my order after being provided with a Tracking number USPS has yet to receive the item. What a shame that they do people this way!, No communication with company either. SAD SAD

Wish I had read the website before I ordered. What a joke of a company. Ordered and never received. Phone lines taken down regularly. Will fight to get refund as long as it takes.

Daily Deal Wire is a scam! Do not buy from them! I never received my order and never received my refund after trying to call them over and over again along with several emails requesting a refund.

Been waiting some time now for Heated vest call, number given by CC. Mail box full is the response
