Accidentally ordered from Daily Deal as advertising stated otherwise. 11/24/23 to receive by 12/06/23. Sent email to cancel on 12/07/23 got tracking # on 12/08/23.
Still not shipped 12/13/23.
Took 14 minutes on phone not talking Nicely to FINALLY get her to "cancel" order got confirmation #. Will see if my $224.93 is credited to my Debit Card in 7-10 Days!
Place takes orders, then buys the stuff to ship out...
What a scam!!!!!

I paid over 213.00 for items I ordered on November 27, 2023. Jan wrote me back and said the items were backordered. I received a tracking number, used it and USPS says they have not received the product for delivery. I cancelled my order on December 7, 2023, and have not heard a word since. Still waiting for refund. They are thieves.

Please do NOT use this company for any orders! They have an invalid customer service phone number! They kept giving me the run around about my order. Gave me a fake tracking number! Say they mail through USPS but I could not find the tracking number to even track the package! I went through this for a week and a half and they would not give me a delivery date, just kept telling me through automated emails and texts that package had been processed. Also other customers said items ordered were not working or were broken. I will be more vigilant as to whom I order from next time! I will not accept anything from this place if it did come at this point! Not reliable! Lesson learned!

SCAM, I made a purchase on 11/30/2023, finally spoke to someone in Customer Service on 12/08/2023 and was assured my package would be shipped the next week. Would not give me a tracking # or confirmation #. Felt funny so I called back Monday morning the 11th of December and the PHONE # IS DISCONNECTED. There is a Special Place for people like this that wake up every day to Rip Honest People OFF.

Do not purchase the heated vest from this company. Very cheaply made and most importantly they do not come with the batteries! Trying to get a hold of customer service is a nightmare as well.

The mini saw just arrived. it does not match what the advertisement showed. all the pieces not assembled. The instruction manual is in a forgien language so I cannot read to put it together. it looks like a toy.
I called the customer service asap to return. I have to pay the shipping and handling fee ($12)for retuning . Awful company, will never buy anything from them again, A "0" Star is more appropriated raing. no supervisor or manager to talk to.

I called Daily Deals wire today 11/9/23@ 1:48 pm. I spoke with Jason and I explained to him that the Wood wise mini saw was not working like the advertisement on tv said that it would. I also told him that I purchased an extra battery charger. I said that the blade backs up, the blade also jerks, and then stops working. Then the batteries don’t last. He explain to me that I purchased the saw in September and that it was past it’s 30 days I explained that I did not want my money back I just wanted it to be replaced, he told me that it was too late and that I should’ve called when it was acting up. I told Jason that I will text trust pilot to place a Review of this product and let them know that it was a pitiful product and that the tv advertisement of how well this saw works was fake and false advertisement. Everyone should know that this product is fake and a waste of $89.99 plus $14.00 for the charger.

Terrible. Do not buy from these scammers. Mini chainsaw was China made and not what was advertised.

Dailydealswire "baited" me with a good offer of a Woodwise Chain Saw with 2 chains and 2 batteries, and only shipped the Chain Saw with 1 chain and 1 battery. They then refused to provide the missing items, and won't accept a return IAW their 30 day return policy as I have unpacked and used my Chain Saw.

Do not trust them. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Ken

While the product I purchased ( Wood Wise Hand Saw) was seemingly OK, the product came in damaged packing, the carrying case I paid for was not packaged well, the extra battery and chain I purchased was outside of the carrying case loose, and the chain for the saw that came included was loose in the box as well as all the other components. The instruction manual was in Chinese. I contacted customer service and was given instructions to return and that was about a month ago and I have not received a response to emails, and no credit received. BUYERS BEWARE!

This website is a scam. I ordered 2 mini chainsaws. Suppose to be made in America, totally from China. It is nothing that I ordered. It looks like a plastic toy a child would play with. So cheap. So disgusting. I'm calling the Federal Trade Commission on them. They need to be shut down. I better get every penny you crooks stole from me. Such scammers and liars.

This website is a total scam operation selling ab stimulators under popular names and sends units that have failed in the past, ordered Tacticalabsmax and I received Beauty Body Mobile Gym by Smart Fitness EMS Fit Boot Toning, called customer service, they said that they would refund the $76.48 but not the $9.99 that was the extra cost for arm units, they lied to me saying that the $9.99 was for shipping and handling yet invoice was changed in the email they sent me to suit their scamming goals!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS TRYING TO RIP OFF AS MUCH AS THEY CAN FROM YOU!!!!!! Stay away from dailydealswire.com!! CHECK SIMILAR REVIEWS ON GOGGLE!!! LESS THAN 1% TRUST WORTHY!!!
