well we ordered a pair of shoes from here .They were terrible , eye hurting just looking at them .But not just that after a month they had the audacity ,for some unkwon reason, to send it twice. Im super confused . Also they have a sticker on the packaging saying that you can return it and that you can contact them for any problem . But i guess they forgot to put ANY of their contacts . wow. My advise , go buy something from a trust worthy online store

Managed to get my full refund back from the bank. They tried to lie in the defence claim they posted the items, except that evidence of what they claim to have posted wasn’t what I ordered.

Thankful, I managed to get my bank to refund the funds pains to these scammer. Worse part is, they try making out as though I was lying to get free stuff

what a rubbish company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM they are useless kmt I purchased a pair of trainers they sent the wrong size , they contacted me to ask about the order number then i heard nothing so i emailed them twice and still no answer its been 4 months

By far the worst online shopping I’ve ever had. Absolutely awful. They should not be allowed to carry on their business this way.

Ordered in January 2023, missed delivery due to long delay in processing it by them and was away from home for 4 days and missed delivery by EVRI. Emailed them they said once my order have been returned to them they would resend it.Its now April 20th 2023, the company responded to first email in February but not to any of the monthly emails since.Worse customer service I've ever come across.No reorder or refund offered. Have give a star to allow me to write a review.

Ordered 2 full sets of sofa covers and only received 2 small pieces. After several emails they requested photos, which I sent. I have heard nothing since. They won’t answer my emails. They totally ripped me off for £69. Having read the other reviews I see they have done this to other people as well. How disgusting. I left a review like this on their website, but surprisingly(!) it never appeared on there.

Paid for a set of 4 covers. One piece arrived. No response to emails. I would like my money back but no contact. Don't buy from this company.

Ordered a set of sofa covers. Only one piece out of four arrived, after a two-week delay. First email elicited a promise to look into the problem. Two emails over 8 weeks since then have failed to elicit a reply.

I need to order another cover as I short on my order, I don't know if I measured short or they made the mistake.
Anyway I have emailed them over several times and I cannot get a reply, of tried to just order another one but I cannot get to the payment page, last time was OK but not now.
My 2 sofas are going to look so odd in our caravan with only having one covered and not the other....distracted.
Do they not reply to their emails, well not to me anyway.

Do not buy from this company. My purchase of a pair of men's comfortable fashion trainers took over 10 weeks to arrive. No reply from Customer Services when I asked for an update on delivery. They arrived - they are a child's trainer labelled as such rather than adult product as advertised. The website says to 'order one size larger to ensure a comfortable fit'. I did this ordering size 44 (I have size 9.5 UK footwear). The shoes are UK sole sized 8 but comfortably fit UK size 7. They are not as advertised and not fit for purpose. Customer Services initially responded saying they would not take action as I should have ordered the correct size. They are expensive at £39.95 but are low quality shoes anyway. Now Customer Services repeatedly ignore any messages. I have tried to post a review on the website - it comes back with 'thank you for being part of our success story' but the review doesn't post.

Absolutely abysmal company. Wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole.
Less than half of the order arrived and no response from the company other than to ask for a photo which apparently they do to everyone because apparently everyone’s orders never arrive. Extremely poor company. £60 out of pocket .

still haven’t heard from DALI- APPAREL since they cheated me out of £39.99 for a pair of boots advertised as brown leather and looked very nice,
What I received was a pair of plastic looking boots that I wouldn’t pay a fiver for, totally different than the ones advertised, false advertising at the least, they don’t answer any emails the ones I did receive said that they couldn’t guarantee they would receive any returns ,convenient for them I think for this item to get lost in transit on returning them leaving me out of
pocket and no product
They can’t be legal , AVOID AT ALL COST

DO NOT BUY from this site. They are scammers. I ordered in January 2 set of sofa cover and I received instead just 2 pieces squashed in a bag - no arms cover, no back cover. I have emailed them 5 times no answer from them.

No buy nothing from this company!!! I waiting from 3 month for my order and i not received nothing!! Nobody answer at mail!!

They have not delivered item 8 weeks on taken my money they should be locked up and never allowed to trade again

I ordered seat covers with back rests and no logo. I just got the seat covers after waiting absolutely ages. I said I wasn't happy and wanted a refund, but no reply, I emailed several times thereafter and still nothing. I guess once it has gone over the 15 days return policy you are stuffed. Items flimsy and not worth the money, the wait or the fact you don't get a full order. Don't buy you will regret it and be out of pocket too!
