SCAM!!! Like everyone else, exactly same story of sofa covers, 2 pieces instead of 8, cheap and nasty. No response from company when trying to contact them, avoid at all costs. Trying to get my money back from the credit card company.

This company has a good scam going! I yet again ordered a full set of sofa covers and only received one small cover! It looks like this is what they are doing to everyone that orders and pays for them. I've received a reply eventually to my numerous e mails telling me to send pictures, information etc. When I do it comes back that they can't be delivered! This needs to be looked into by trading standards! I must admit though that the cover I received does work on my leather sofa and doesn't slip like they say. Only wish I could have the full set!

As per other reviewer the same happened to me … One star is too much. Ordered a complete set of sofa covers - seat pad, arm rests and back and received just the pad. I did receive an email back which was as follows:-

It did draw my suspicions when you couldn’t pay by PayPal but thought I’d take the risk!

If I could give less I would, do not use this site its a scam. I like others ordered a full set of covers and got the bottom, it disgraceful they can trade in the UK.
My emails have yet gone unanswered.

I ordered a per of sneakers/training shoes Vector Paradise, instead they sent me something completely different, Kidsvtcr Kidarise, and they are the wrong size. I sent an email notifying them what has happened but no one has responded to my email.
"The product is not fit for purpose"
This is a scam company and should not be allowed to trade internationally or at all. I am very disappointed with the product and the lack of customer service.

I Received a pair trainers from Dali Appreal and they were two sizes too small I should of got size 47/48 and I got 44 I not very happy. I would not recommend this substandard company.

I wish I had read these reviews first as I have had exactly the same experience, only 1 item arrived.

OMGI have been contacting this company everyday for over 8 weeks. My experience is the same as ever person on this review site.
Time to officially report them to trading standards!

I am not comfortable at choosing one star, it seems too much. I ordered a sofa cover set and after a number of weeks just one piece arrived, not to my request. I have contacted them and was asked to send details and all the emails have come back 'undeliverable' I asked for a refund and would send the piece back but no response.

DO NOT BUY from them! Like many other customers, I did NOT receive what I ordered. I paid for a full set of 5 covers for my settee and received ONE cover which was much smaller than what I ordered and looks ridiculous on the settee. PLUS, I’d ordered a logo-free set yet it arrived WITH the logo. DISGUSTED!

Same again, waited weeks for my sofa covers, only one piece arrived. What a scam

I paid £54 for a sofa fleece cover set
( 4 pieces) I received 1 piece much smaller than the main piece for the set ordered and I’m getting no response . What was received looks much poorer quality than picture and could probably buy for a couple of £

Scammers! I ordered 2 sets of sofa covers. Nothing arrived for weeks. Contacted by email several times. No response. A third of a set arrived 6 weeks later. Now setting up a dispute with the bank to claim our hard earned money back.

Not even one star. Sofa covers ordered but not received 4 weeks on. Customer services stopped responding. Will claim cost back via my bank. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This is a scam, like many others ordered the full set without logo. Waited weeks and then only one piece arrives, to small and is not the size I ordered and with the logo on. Will email but others I can see get no response if that is the case will have to contact trading standards.

I agree with all the other reviews. I , too wish I’d seen the reviews beforehand and I would not have ordered anything.
How can these people sleep at night. Total scoundrels.

Have had the same issue with sofa covers as everyone else. Not complete order and wrong size. No answer from emails. On checking (UK gov site) the company was dissolved in 2018. Think they are just trying to clear their stock for as much money as they can.
Please be aware think company may have changed name to 'Shopedoo'. Selling exactly the same things and also not answering their emails.

Scam company! I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 sofa sets, total just shy of £60. Today (5 weeks later) I received 2 seat covers only which aren't even the size I ordered. No way to get in touch. They must be laughing all the way to the bank. Do not order from this company!

ORDER #4086 I need my money back! You guys are cheats. Bloody scammers!!! This is a far cry from what you advertised. Why the deception? This is rubbish! You sent a different and a very inferior shoe. This is not even a boot. Pls refund me my money. Scammers! .my £40 gone
