this company took my money for the order, then i emailed them but all emails bounced back saying there's no such email, so i contacted my bank, they put me through to fraud, i had to give as much information as i could, and yesterday, i got my full refund, PLEASE EVERYONE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY , ITS A SCAM.

Dreadful company DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING, if anything we should all work together to close this company down , order completely incorrect and not as desribed. Not one bit of communication they are a scam company and will not have anything to do with you once you pay them

As per every other person here. IT IS A SCAM do not order. I ordered two sofa cover kits and received two single covers the wrong size. They do not respond to emails. Shame on the likes of TikToc and Pintrest for allowing their adverts. Please do not part with your money. Currently £75 down.

I ordered full set of setee covers ,recieved only one piece for the seat ,no arm covers or back covers.
I have emailed them,no response as yet.
I think it’s a scam .It’s happened to so many people,
Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.l wanted to order 2 lots of setee covers as I have 2 setees but my husband said no , let’s order one set , see how it is , then order another if it’s good , thank god i listened to him.perhaps they are delayed answering my email because of Chinese new year,I will keep emailing them for a few times ,but if I receive no answers I will report them to trading standards ,they are advertising a full set of covers for the setee,lots of people have only received one piece.not a whole set.

Only 20%of order delivered, Dali Apparel failed to reply to emails. Apparently, company was dissolved in 2013.

Ordered a set of covers and received one armrest, no reply from emails, no phone number, DONT BUY from this company. DONT BUY.

Wish I’d read the reviews first but looks like we all ordered at the same time. Same issues as everyone else. Ordered 8 pieces and received 2 - one is the wrong colour too. I have emailed them but looking at everyone’s responses here unlikely to get a response

Exactly the same experience as the other reviewers ordered 2 sets of sofa covers (4 pieces in each set) received only one piece in each parcel
No response to my many emails but that were quick to take my money

Hi it's Stephen Williams this is my order number 3456 but it was incomplete I have tried to contact them but sadly no response I am not happy with what's happened I won't a full refund.

Do not use this company, they take the money as soon as the ordered is placed, then I received wrong and missing items. I’ve Emailed them 10 times and I’ve had no reply. There is no telephone number to contact them. The Chinese New Year finishes on the 27th Jan, hopefully this is why there has been no response. I would be happy to reverse this review If I receive a reply giving me a full refund, but I’m sure I won’t.

Company is a scam!!!! Ordered £69.90 worth of goods and only received 2 pieces out of 8.
Emailed/ messaged but no reply.

Same Problem, ordered a 4 piece sofa cover, 1 sq piece arrived, emailed my request for refund. My sister also ordered, but has had no reply at all!! Def A SCAM!! Looked up company & This company name was dissolved in 2013!!!

Took them nearly 3 weeks to send me the wrong items. I have emailed & contacted via website, emails come back undelivered & there is no contact phone number… looks like I’ve been had 😡

Take your money but wont deliver goods customer contact email does not exist. Dont use this company unless you like being scamed
