This company is scam ppl, company didn't have a contact number and they don't respond to your email,
Never recommend to any one.

What a bunch of thieves I only received one small part of my order. I have emailed many times with no response.
So disappointing!

On the 21/1/23 I placed an order and paid for:

seat, back, and arm rests for a settee 70 x 120 cm in yellow

I was quoted an order number of #4361

On the 3rd Feb I sent an email requesting an update - no reply

On the 10th Feb I sent another email - no reply

On the 14th Feb I received an email stating that my order was on its way and giving a tracking number via YunExpress of YT2302821272318951

On the 24th Feb I received a bashed package containing one piece of material measuring 70 x 90cm!!!!

On the same day - 24th Feb i sent another email stating how unhappy I was and PLEASE could somebody acknowledge me and contact me.

Today is the 24th March and still I have no contact or goods that I ordered and paid for.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Sent wrong order and dont reply to 5 emails. Wish i had seen this before i ordered.
They would get zero star if i could give.

I ordered 2 sets of the seat covers only 1 set arrived without the arm rests have messaged them many times they replied once and said my order had been delivered but if I wished to reorder and pay again I could
terrible experience and I should have checked reviews before I ordered
I would not have given any stars but you had to to write review

Ordered 2 of the sofa covers, it took 5 weeks and only the smaller one arrived without the arm covers. Still waiting the larger one, emailed them 5 times no response. Checking the tracking it says delivered.
I will never order from them again.
Just looked at their website and everything shows 5 stars what a con. Noticed they have not been showing on FB for a while.

Only received one piece asked no logo sent logo after waiting ages. AVOID wish I had seen this first !!!!

I only received a partial order. I have tried at least 5 times to get in touch with them and have not received a useful reply. When they did reply it was very generic and promised to get back but they never did. Absolutely disgusted.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a set of covers for my sofa only to receive one little piece. Customer services non existent I asked for a refund but nobody got back to me and it’s been over three months now.please do not buy from this site. Not reliable and not a serious website.

FRAUD WEB SITE !!

> Emails are not responded: Bounce Back, not a single email is responded back.
> No Phone Number to call them.
Why is this site allowed to operate in the UK???

I wish I had read this Companies reviews before ordering.
Order 2 sets of settee covers including arm rests.
Received one incomplete set.
Emailed and they asked me to send photos of missing items!
Sent photos of what I had received re iterating exactly what was missing. That was over a month ago and I am unable to get any further response. Resigned to writing off £70 now but hope others see these reviews and avoid ordering from this unscrupulous company!

As with other customers who ordered seat covers and just received two arm rests, the same happened to me.
I contacted them straight away about the problem with the order.
It took a long time for them to reply and they asked for photographs of the order.
I supplied them with the information over 2 weeks ago and even after sending a reminder have heard nothing yet.
Stay away from this company.

Awful company. Ordered a complete set of sofa covers and a small cover arrived. Can’t contact them as email are being sent back. Should have looked here first. Will know next time.

Shocking - I only wish I'd read the other reviews before I purchased the sofa covers. I ordered two full sets without logos but two thin single covers with logos arrived. I have emailed countless times and had one response but I am getting nowhere. I contacted my bank who are trying to retrieve the money. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Please please please do not buy from this site,got wrong size trainings not even fit for purpose and nothing like they were described,they do not return emails so you can not get hold of them.absaloutly disgusting.STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS RIP OFF COMPANY.

Ordered some winter boots on February 2 nd Never delivered despite “2-14 days delivery” and they do not respond to emails asking where the order is. Only assume they are a scam and everyone should beware!

Oh if only I had looked here first. Like almost everyone else, ordered two full sofa cover sets but only received 2 seat sections. 1 promising email and then complete radio silence.
Now that I have finally had the sense to check Trustpilot I feel like a right plonker.
If you are smart enough to be reading these reviews whilst thinking about ordering, then be smart enough to shop elsewhere.

Not what described on web site..Disgusting feedback when asking for refund on trainers bought for husband size 8 and recieved size 39...They look nothing what is described on web and have kids written on them..Sent many emails to ask for address to return to..no reply with address..Will never purchase anything off this company..Do Not Recommend

I ordered covers (seat; back two arms) for two sofas. I received the two seat covers; ie the arm and back covers were missing. After emailing the company, I was asked to send photos of the covers on the sofas; and acted accordingly. However, all subsequent emails have bounced back.

The seat covers are excellent, but my experience is reflected in the other reviews.
