They are literally robbing people

They are literally robbing people with their new delivery cost. In a single month they increased their delivery charge to 6× more than before, which is a permanent change I suppose, and people have no choice but to pay the extra if they want to buy stuffs online as no other world renowned delivery services like Amazon, Flipkart or FedEx are allowed in Bangladesh. This country is ruined by both its government and the local corporations as they squeeze money from their own people by isolating them from the rest of the world and by controlling the market. They didn't even allow PayPal here in spite of Bangladesh being one amongst the top 5 countries with most freelancers. So yeah, Daraz is a pretty bad company I guess.

Horrible return policy

What a complete and utter joke of a returning process! These incompetent fools have the nerve to send out their shoddy products right to your doorstep, but when it inevitably turns out to be a defective piece of garbage, they make you trek all the way to their store just to drop it off, and demand that you have the original packaging to boot! Are you kidding me?! What kind of absurdity is this?! It's plain to see that their primary objective is to deter people from bothering with the hassle of returning their worthless merchandise. Pathetic and despicable!

I've been ordering a lot of products from it for the past 4 years, haven't faced any primal issue yet

Daraz is really great, I've been ordering a lot of products from it for the past 4 years, haven't faced any primal issue yet. Their service is better than the other e-commerce webs in our country. Though the only annoying thing is that they continuously send notifications or promotions and try seducing people for buying new products. But it's business strategy so It's okay. And for the other issue, even though It's not daraz's fault but a lot of products are too lower quality compared to what is shown on the commercial. However a lot of deals are reasonable and same rare stuffs are also available. But they really should develop the returning process.

Very bad returning process

Very bad returning process. When you order something they will ship the product to your door. But when product is faulty and you meed to return the item you need to go to their store to drop it and also you need the packaging. Why on earth i will take those hustle. There main intention is people like is will not go for hustle and eventually will not return the item.

Leaky ink cartridges

My dad ordered printer ink and delivery came at the right time. When we opened the package, the cartridges were leaking. We were so disappointed that we wanted to return it to them. They did not take it back because the package was opened.
Like first of all the leaked the thing we bought and now not return our money?
