Daylight are a competent and knowledgeable company who follow up on any teething problems and ensure they are resolved. Their staff are friendly and approachable being prepared to answer trivial domestic non technical questions.

We were looking for solar for our home but we wanted to make sure we had the perfect system for our needs. Daylight Energy who were very knowledgeable listened to what we wanted and recommended the perfect system for us. They kept us updated throughout and completed the installation perfectly. We are very happy with our dealings with Daylight Energy and have already recommended them to some of our friends.

From the initial contact through to completion, it has been a pleasure dealing with daylight, all questions answered in a timely manner, information offered freely and it felt like my order mattered to them as did my happiness and satisfaction with what was proposed or done. The contractors used were courteous, sought permission for any minor changes to agreed specifications and were a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you so much.

The installers were efficient and laid sufficient floor covering to protect carpets. The insulation has made the house warmer and quieter.

The outcome - operating battery and I-boost - is (touch wood) very good, and I have no real complaints . But there was some confusion on the way , which may be partly my fault. You advised me to contact E-On for an additional night rate, which proved to be unnecessary. You twice delayed the installation for lack of the right equipment.

The team arrived punctually and were professional and efficient in their installation. I asked for help moving furniture and they did all the heavy lifting to access the loft and after put the furniture back. They cleaned and tidied up afterwards too. I am very impressed!

Good system. but app not working on battery system after 3 days. Got it fixed by turning it all off and restart in the right order. Info from the Goodwe helpline. All working fine now.

The sales pitch was optimistic.
The fitting of the product was excellent, and it has worked as far as it can thus far.
Some of the 'imminent options' that would make the product cost effective are still not available more than six months down the line -
The time delay on this was not part of the original discussion. I realise it is not in daylight energy's control, but do feel a bit that they have sold some benefits that were not and still are not yet available as part of their marketing.

The seamless installation of the air source heat pump recommended by Daylight Energy was ahead of schedule and budget. The quality of the product and skill full engineers ensured a hassle free completion of the work in an exemplary manner.
Altogether an excellent experience.
