Serious company. Extremely good quality products and customer service. Delivery was done in time. I am super happy with my Flora sofa in a personalized color. Comfortable and astonishing designed.

The experience at the showroom in Munich was great. We thought it would be faster to directly make an order in the showroom, however it turned out that the ordering system is exactly the same as you would use at home, which is their official website. The lady at the showroom confirmed that the delivery time is about 2 weeks. But the sofa was actually sent from the warehouse more than two weeks after we made the order, not to mention the actually delivery time.
We were quite happy when the sofa finally got delivered and started the assembly process immediately, when the biggest disappointment came. The screws are WRONGLY included in the package so we could not mount the foots to the main body. There were two packages of screws, one package is correct but the other one is completely wrong. How come this kind of mistake happen for a big company that manufactures mainly sofas? After all there are not so many models that can lead to such mismatch.
We admit that the after-sell service was very good, after we complained tjos mistake via Email. The new screws were sent to us on the same day of the complaint. So after almost four weeks we FINALLY have our sofa assembled.
We really like the design and quality of the sofa and it is definitely worth the price. But when you experience such a process, you don't really feel nice about it. It seems like we are the only here that has such an experience, and we hope we are the only case.

really really good service throughout the whole process. I went to the showroom in Berlin (click&meet), where I appreciated having been able to look around in peace. When I asked for councel though, I receieved engaged and personal assistance. I ordered the sofa I had picked online, which was quick and easy, the shipment was smooth and came reliably at the time that was announced. The sofa came in one piece with the legs in the same package, I only had to screw them on and half an hour later the gorgeous piece was ready for me to sit on. This is the first sofa I have ever bought and quite an investment for me, and I'm very happy with the coice.
The staff at the store were super helpful. We really liked the experience we had. The sofa that we bought is sturdy and really good.
Also, the choice of delivery company was super considerate. Helping one in need is super thoughtful.

The advice the stuff provided for selecting a sofa was very helpful. The order was shipped and delivered efficiently. The quality/price ratio of the products is also very good.
I ordered Astha Sofa in Dark green on the Show Room December 2020 after reading so much good reviews from the internet. I ended up waiting for more than a month for the delivery due to Covid and that’s okay. The thing I was really disappointed about was when it arrived, I saw a tear on the bottom part of the sofa (sadly there is no photo option on this site). That same instant I called their customer service stating the situation. They told me to Email them the details and I did. The sofa wasn’t cheap to begin with that’s why I really had high expectations. After a day they replied telling me that, they wouldn’t approve for a replacement since it is on the bottom part of the sofa and doesn’t have any effect on the efficiency of their product. But being a customer and paying for the product in full price, I was expecting a product on it top condition. It was really disappointing.
To top that off, the sofa came with a weird smell. Not the smell that you have of newly bought furniture. I hope I’m wrong that it smells a bit moldy. And after 3months of using the sofa, there is still a faint smell even after letting it air out and apply furniture deodorizer.

Delivery as announced, quality as expected. I wish I had more space in my flat to buy another sofa right now :)
Staf in Berlin were very helpful, the website and designing was very intuitive, the couch looks great and the quality is also great. But the waiting time is a bit long, we had to wait about 10 weeks for the couch but it was worth it in the end.
