Dealboom.net is a Scam!!! They are also online as Easy Living 4 You, so watch out!
I ordered portable air conditioners from them. They
sent me fake products, which weren't even the products I had ordered. The products didn't work. They ripped me off $179.98 and Bank of America did nothing about it. Scammers!!!!

Deal boom rip off us US60.00, never got the item and still 4 months later exchanging email to get our money back.

This is a scam do not deal with these people as you will never see your product and blow your money.

And they definitely don't deserve any stars.

These people do not even deserve one star. They are the lowest of the lowest scammers that I have ever dealt with. I purchased 3 heat buddy units on October 27, 2018 and received them a month later on November 30 from China. Neither of the three put out- any heat - they are a piece of junk ready for the garbage. There was no refund info in the box so I called the customer service phone number 1-844-900-7666. This number is on their website, When I called it to get the address to send the box back, it was a foreigner who could hardly speak English. I kept asking for an address and he kept telling me to sign into my computer so he could sign on too. I kept telling him that he did not need to do anything with my computer and he never would give me an address. I finally accused him of being a scammer and he hung up on me. This happened about 10 times because I wanted to see if anyone would respond to my need of this address. and they were insistent that I had the wrong number.

After reading all of the bad reviews I knew I was right. I am so frustrated because these thugs are stealing money from hundreds of hard working people and I wish someone would catch them wand throw them in jail. I might as well have thrown my $119.99 into the river. Please someone do something about these animals. PLEASE!!!!

DealBoom.net is a terrible place to shop. they are true scammers out to steal your money. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

Ordered a heat buddy for supposedly half price 69.00. The website was disguised to look like you were ordering from heat buddy. Ordered this November 5 2018. Received an email showing it was shipped on November 7. Weird because it was showing it was coming from China. I looked at invoice and it had boom deal on it but the email said megadeals. I was immediately suspicious. I checked it out and found these reviews. I called a customer service line but did not get an answer. They called me back and said it takes 25-30 days to get here, which is crazy. I finally received product December 6. Not a heat buddy but a handy heater which you can buy for $13.00- $18.00. Total RIP off. Do not do business with them!!

I have a diesel truck and the Power Prog I bought is no good. I installed it as per instructions and my mileage dropped from 12 MPH to 9 MPH. DO NOT purchase this product.

Ordered 5 of the Heat Buddy. Paid $169.99 on PayPal. Been a month, have only received 2 units no explanation on why or when others will be shipped. Totally dis-satisfied. Will never ever deal with them again. Still waiting resolution.

It took months but with the help of Freddy i was eventually refunded. Thanks Freddy!

Ordered an ecofuel smart chip from them some time ago and received an invoice which said i'd receive a tracking number within a few days. NOTHING! I have tried contacting them but they don't even respond. This is just a scam! Having read all the negative reviews on here of similar experiences and rip off service, need to get this out on social media not to buy anything from this company.

Rip off - bought a drone - the battery stopped working - they would not send a replacement battery. I now have a $130 paper weight.

I have returned the product, in fact refused it when delivered, based upon your own advice.
Than they promised me my refund, in fact they said that it was already done. But 2 months later I havn't recieved anything yet!
This is really very bad.

These people Dealboom in Estonia are out and out crooks cheats and villains totally devoid of any trace of morality or decency. The package arrived weeks late, the machine is defective - the water in the reservoir leaks out so the machine cannot be used. They cynically ignore the complaint, repetitiously ask for a lot of information that they have on file anyway, and when they have exhausted this tactic they just ignore the customer's further communication. Is every trader in Estonia this untrustworthy? RC Morris

Do not but anything from this RIP OFF Company.
I bought a product that took 6 weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was from China, badly packaged and completely broken.
I took pictures of everything and mailed them to the company and they asked me to send the product back to them in ESTONIA, so I could get a refund.
They wanted the tracking number, order number and method of payment.
I included all these details and sent the product back as requested.
After 4 weeks and no reply I mailed them again and asked if there was a problem with my refund. They asked e for the tracking number again so the Sales department could refund me. Guess what? No refund came.

I mailed them again and they told me my details had been sent to the Sales department and they are the ones dealing with my case. I mailed them back and asked for contact details for the Sales department so I could liaise directly with them. I haven’t heard anything since.

Looks like I lost my money but a valuable lesson learned. You buy from DEAL BOOM at your own risk......

I ordered a small air conditioning unit and paid $80 for it. It’s called air cooled 24. It does not work it came in broken the water reservoir leaks and after trying to contact dealboom.net customer service it keeps getting sent back to me because you can’t get in touch with them is probably going to be impossible to get my money back! Do not buy any thing from this company!

I cannot believe DealBoom is asking me for a positive response. I have written to them 25 times since July 10th. I made the order and immediately attempted to cancel since I was charged incorrectly. But they said, "no, it had been shipped", twenty minutes after the order was placed. Many 26 emails went back and forth but they did nothing for me. A month later I get an email telling it had just shipped. What! Went on and on. Finally, after I paid to have the item returned and gave proof with a tracking number, they told me I would get a refund within the maximum of 14 days. Of course, 14 days later there was no refund. I again wrote and was told they would find proof of reimbursement. Proof did come but proved once again, that they did not live up to their promises... the reimbursement date was September,14th and was beyond the maximum 14 days promised. No, I will never purchase from them again and I will tell others to stay away from them. Terrible terrible service. All of this could have been avoided had they canceled the order as requested 20 minutes after it was placed. Instead, they lied, telling me it had shipped and they made promise after promise that was constantly broken.

Never trust the company dealboom.

At first, there were no products for 4 weeks, then only one device instead of two, which was not functional, as it was
- damaged as well
- the supplied cable did not even fit into it ...
The bad thing is that the company then only ever sends standard answers, which has nothing to do with your concern or problem .... or at least not much, but above all does not provide a solution.
You then have to ask for the consignment at the local customs office and pay attention to considerable amounts of about 30, -. With a device of around 50, - way too much. All this answers the company that everything is written in your contract so ... I have never seen such.
Now the second device is after about 2-3 months on the inch, but I do not even pick it up, because once again pay so much ... no thanks and above all why.
It really is my worst experience with online companies, as well as another lesson for me.
If anyone still knows how to protect humanity from such a company, then ask for info to me, because on social Medein & Co. of course leave no entries to ... everything really shabby with the company!

Zuerst kamen über 4 Wochen keine Produkte, dann nur ein Gerät anstatt zwei, das allerdings nicht funktionsfähig war, da es
- beschädigt als auch
- das mitgelieferte Kabel nicht einmal hinein passte...
Das Schlimme ist, dass die Firma dann immer nur Standardantworten schickt, die nichts mit deinem Anliegen als auch Problem zu tun hat ....oder zumindest nicht viel, vor allem aber keine Lösung liefert.
Man muss für die Zusendung dann beim heimischen Zollamt anfragen sowie beachtlcihe Beträge von rund 30,- zuzahlen. Bei einem Gerät von rund 50,- viel zu viel. All das beantwortet die Firma, dass das alles in Ihrem Vertrag so geschrieben steht ...ich hab noch nie einen solchen gesehen.
Nun ist das zweite Gerät nach rund 2-3 Monaten am Zoll, aber ich hol es erst gar nicht ab, denn noch einmal so viel zahlen ...nein danke und vor allem wozu.
Es ist wirklich mein schlechtestes Erlebnis mit Online-Firmen, sowie wiedermal eine Lehre für mich.
Wenn jemand noch weiß, wie man die Menschheit vor einem solchen Unternehmen schützen kann, dann bitte um Info an mich, denn auf soziale Medein & Co. lassen die natürlich keine Einträge mehr zu ...alles echt schäbig mit der Firma!

Been over 3 months since I paid for my Moskinator and nothing has arrived.The crap they come up with for not refunding is a joke.They say they cannot give me a refund as I have not returned the product to Estonia???.When I do that they will refund me.How do you send it when you never received it in the first place? I believe they are a scam and I advise people not to fall into their despicable trap!
