We made an order of air conditioner did not arrive and no one comes back to me

I would give this company 0 rating if I had a choice. Please don't purchase any products on this website. I ordered for a voltage control device and received it damages from China. They never respond to your queries and there is no way to get your refund or replacement.

I am not so convinced by your reply so I would take the chance to order one heater, I prefear to try geting an other one from Tvins again although it's a little moore expensive than your, but thank you for your answer.

I bought AirCool 24 of this company from Facebook advertisement. However, after three weeks, the item does not arrive.
This company may be a scam. You should not use it.

45 emails to be refund.... it’s just unacceptable ! Go to hell

I can see all the users here only complaining about this fraud company which is only robbing innocent people of their hard-earned money. I am victim of this scam too. I bought back-hero spine support wear from more than a month ago and yet to receive it. they sent me a tracking number after 2 weeks and that tracking number is showing the same status i.e. shipment information received. which from my understanding means that the packet has not even delivered to the courier office.
is there anyway to report this company to the cyber-police so that they can track these fraudsters and bring to book.

Took a while to receive the Cooler. I was almost filling a complaint. But I decided to wait a few more weeks and I have to say, the cooler is awesome. Works perfectly. The shipping takes a bit too long. But the company is legit.

Worst buy ever, the leak watervery fast on my table faster than i can fil it on, i am so disapointet😡😡😡DONT Buy.
Now 1 day after i got it and testet it i am so angry at the company. It does not cool at all. I had it in my bedroom normal size and i can almost not feel it unless i stick my head up 2 cm from the fan. All i does is giving me a nousy night with 7 differint lights 😡😡😡

Got a not working Aircooler after 6 weeks

The 29 of June 2018 I bought from them an air cooler. They took the money and never heard from them. I ask PAYPAL to help me in this matter and they are working on it. I asked DB 2 to send to me the tracking number and they told me that the item arrived already to my post office and is waiting for me. An absolute lie. Never arrived. Keep away from this fake company. Impossible to contact them now.
They sent me a weird mail in many languages giving all kind of fake addresses. Now I buy only from big an well-known companies like Ali o Banggood, eBay Amazon etc

Do not trust this seller gave wrong despatch time and do not keep you updated would not use again.

My review is exactly the same as the 99/100 people who have reviewed this company on Trustpilot I really think it is time that someone in authority to on-line trading or the law of the land should start investigating this company something is drastically wrong with there trading standards.

6 weeks have passed, numerous emails have been sent, tracking number from their delivery company in China is not tracable... So I fear the goods may not come in the end. Please don't buy from this company, it's a waste of your time and money.

Disgraceful. I wish I had read other peoples reviews before I made my order. These people are a bunch of crooks. I placed an order for 3 AntArtic A/C units. It took much more than the five days promised before I received the tracking information. The tracking information was incorrect and did not give any results. I contacted Dealboom four times but they did not reply. I raised a dispute with Paypal, eventually Dealboom replied and still gave me wrong tracking information (someone elses), eventually they gave me the correct tracking info and I could see my package had reached Italy so I did not escalate the problem with Paypal. My original dispute was due to expire on 26th July if I did not escalate the problem.. On 26th July I collected the package from the post office to find only one Antartic A/C unit not the three I ordered. I immediately tried to dispute with Paypal but, even though this was the date my original dispute was due to expire and the fact that it was a completely new dispute Paypal are making it difficult for me to get then to follow up with supplier.

I have one completely ineffective unit, two not received, Dealboom do not respond and Paypal are being difficult.

Dealboom are crooks and Paypal is worse than useless. I will close my Paypal account (have had it for years) and never buy from Dealboom or any other Chinese or Singapore company.

Be warned ... do not fall into the trap of buying from these crooked companies who advertise on Facebook etc and do not trust Paypal to support you.

I ordered 3 AirCool24 and paid via PayPal. I was told I would receive tracking information within 5 days. The tracking information did not arrive in 5 days. I cancelled the order shortly afterwards and asked for my money back. My money has not come back. This is now escalated through PayPal, and I am waiting for a final resolution. The next twist is that Dealboom then sent tracking information to PayPal. That showing the goods had not been sent until 25th July - long after the order had been cancelled. It also showed that Dealboom do not hold their own stock of the products - they are completely dependent for order fulfilment on drop shipping from China. Dealboom have not answered many emails. From my experience, NEVER buy from this company. They simply do not have the logistics capability to handle internet sales efficiently and properly. You have been warned - do not be surprised if you order something, that the weeks will go by before anything happens. As they shipped goods AFTER the order was cancelled, the legal position now is that if the goods turn up, they are unsolicited goods. Given the reviews here, when will Dealboom learn to run an internet company properly? Maybe they are already making enough money from appallingly inefficient operations - go and support honest and efficient companies instead!

I ordered one product and they charged me for two and didn't let me cancel the order. Delivery took about 7 weeks. The product (backhero) was nothing like as advertised and was unusable. I have sent them back but not hopeful for a refund. No apology from any email when they bothered to reply.

I ordered the AirCool 24 on 19th June 2018 before checking dealboom.net. After payment with my credit card immediately received an email confirmation of the order and information that shipment should happen within 5 days and I would then receive a tracking number. Nothing happened. I sent an email on 1st July 2018 and still nothing happened until I received an email on 07th July 2018 confirming that my parcel is still in their storage and I should send a mail again in a week. On 11th July 2018 I received a mail from dealboom, where they expressed their hope that I'm happy with my AirCool 24. On 12th July I asked for immediate shipment and a tracking number. On 13th July 2018 they responded that they need 3-5 working days to get the shipment ready but the courier service could take up to 30 days. On 14th July 2018 I responded, that my order is sitting with them for 25 days which does not comply with their 3-5 days and that I am getting the düfeeling they will not really ship but only take my money. On 15th July 2018 I received a tracking number and a link to a site, where I shoukd download a software to track the number. They although informed me, that the shipment would take 20 days on average. However, since on 11th and 12th July 2018 I had 3 payments (total approx. € 1000) from Turkey on my credit card that I never approved and I was in Germany all the time (Honni soit qui mal y pense), I did not want to download an unknown software. Finally on 21st July 2018 the parcel was delivered by DHL with a sender company in Germany. Unfortunately the parcel did not contain the AirCool 24 but an Antarctic Air (available @ amazon/ebay for approx. 30% of the dealboom.net price which included already a 50% discount). Additionally the box was only packed in an oversized jiffy envelope and the it was already damaged. On 22nd July I sent a mail explaining the wrong product and the damaged box and that I would return the shipment to the German sender address. On 23rd July 2018 I received a reponse, to send the parcel to Tallin, Estonia. When I checked their return policy I read that they only accept unopened and undamaged parcels sent to Tallin for credit notes. At this point I gave up since I can't proof that the parcel was already damaged when I received it and I did not want to spend more money. However, I already sent complete documentation to my credit card company on 5th July 2018 and asked them to return my payment since it seemed this is a fake internet shop. Today 27th Juky 2018 I sent a final email that they can pick up the parcel at my place or I would give it to a courierservice if they pick up the cost.
