Their email is no longer working, are they still in business or am I out my money

Took 5 weeks to deliver my unit. Emailed them daily with no response. after almost giving up, I got notice that it was shipped. I tried it for 1 month and it did not work. this company is a joke. their products are a scam. they get your money and don't care. I gave them 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing my Aircool machines! The money was taken for 4 of these machines on 10.7.18. They replied to my first email in August - saying that I would be able to track my products in a short while - when I had asked how long it would take for arrival. Since then I have emailed the company several times : 1) I tried to cancel the products and ask for a refund, 2) I've asked whether the note I got from the post office asking for a further £11, to collect a parcel, because the sender hadn't paid enough postage, was the parcel from them and 3) asking for anybody to contact me regarding the non arrival of my products. Not heard a thing and still not received my goods!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will now be making further enquiries about this company in order to recover the money they have taken from my bank without providing the goods.

After a long time waiting this product, we received a broken box and the product has been used by other people for sure. This product lose water behind the helix and the light doesn’t work. Can’t be returned if we don’t pay the delivery again. By the way, we lose our money.

7 days after buying a AirCool24, I had contacted the Dealboom support to know where it was.
I got an answer that asked me to wait, that I would soon receive a number to check the delivery. (Every question I send them had an answer within the day).
Finaly, after 45 days, I got my AirCool in hand.
So, I give 3 stars for the delivery and all the answers, but I think that if you just wait, you got nothing...
So, don't hesitate to send 1 mail a day, you would warn them to do something.

Actually I returned the item I purchased,
because it took 1 month to arrive and no longer necessary. Money return process by email was very smooth and quickly, no problems.

The criminal practice of this company should be stopped as soon as possible.
We can only do so if we all file a written complaint regarding this company to following authorities:
1. The Bank Card Company which allowes our money to be transferred
to a fraudulous organisation via credit cards.
When they receive multiple complaints they have to start an investigation and take action.
They will have to activate their insurance policy. See Website of the
different bankcards.
2. The Internet Crime Complaint or the Internet Crime Unit of the police.

Let us take action today to prevent that there are more victims.

They should be investigated by the authorities. This company is fraudulent
in taking money by deception. Why are they allowed to advertise?

Unbelievable non-responsible and irreponsible.
Aircool worked for only 2 days and I am still waiting for a reply on what to do. I wish I would have read all the mess of complaints about this company, before even dealing with them.

Customers are bein scammed

not even 1 star worth, this is a shameful total scam! Product came in a dirty package, the pillow unfolded but is actually not even half the size as shown, the filling is too low, the first cover was very dirty and greasy. This is a ridiculous scam! I am ashamed I payd that much money for something not even worth 10 dollar. Shame. Scam!

Delivered to wrong address and completely nonchalant about it.
"Guess it must have been delivered to the billing address then"
Despite repeated emails telling them that I'm not there.
No refund and no apology who knows it might still be behind whatever tree bin or where ever they left it when I get back in six months?!?!
There are better places and deals do not use this company

Product received was a disappointment.
Smell of plastic from air vents
Refund could only be made if customer returned product to Estonia address
Shipment cost for return of product to Estonia cost nearly the price of product . Hence i did not return product and discard it.
I could not give it away because of plastic smell coming out of air vents.
The blue switch on light is so glaring that can affect sleep.

Absolutely awful company to deal with - waited over a month for my delivery then was told by yodel it had been delivered but I have cctv to prove it wasn’t. Deal boom aren’t interested very unhelpful and I suggest that nobody buys from them again I certainly won’t I’m £60 down and they to,d me to sort it out with yodel who in my opinion are another useless and unreliable company

Had a hard time just getting a reply, and when I did they said and I quote.
'The sales department has kindly considered that your item should have suffered a greater damage to apply for a refund.'

All I wanted was a replacement as mine had been clearly opened before and was not working, I guess they re-send returned items back out hoping they don't get a reply.

I am taking them to the EU small claims court as there head office is in

I have finally received my so called AirCool 24. It is a very badly manufactured contraption by the name of Antarctic Air - Not AirCool 24. The look and feel of it is such that its worth is hardly EUR 20.00 for which I paid EUR 74.99. It is not at all like the product shown in pictures. WHAT CHEATS!!!
Anyways, no more wasting time and I am all set to sue this company. I am totally disgusted and hope that no one ever buys any product from them. Will ensure whatever money has been rigged from us is paid back with interest.
Just watch the FUN!!!

shocking would never use again - ordered tried to cancel after 10 minutes couldn't - sent and took forever to arrive and i mean forever and now after having to pay return postage of over £12 they are saying the tracking number isn't right even though i sent copy of receipt - poor customer service do not use ever

we ordered an Air Cool 24 from this company and paid £64.48 for this product. We were very disappointed and surprised to be sent a product called Antarctic Air that can be bought for £17.99 on the internet.

Don’t order anything from them. They are not to be trusted.
