ok. exactly how long do I have to wait
for delivery of the Echowatt that I ordered on August 12, 2018?
They are anxious to sell me something
else...but first send the original order or
refund, pls?

September 16, still not have not gotten my order in the mail...this is not looking good...

Product is good but took a long time to arrive, this was possibly a result of Inter-Country problems (shipping to Doha, Qatar) rather than something which was under the companies control. On the whole, experience was satisfactory.

Excellent service - customer support very efficient and unexpectedly quick. Grateful :)

Do not deal with this company I do not think that their Aircool 24 actually exists, only after contacting them, reporting them to my bank and telling them I was going to report them to European trading standards, which I have done, did they actually a month later, send an Antarctic Air which is a cheap piece of tatt which you can buy on Amazon for £15.99 and does not work
When I asked for a refund I was sent an address in China to return it to, which would cost more that the goods are worth so have just had to accept that I have been ripped off

I ordered an Aircoll24 on July 2nd (2018)
July 4 they emailed me they...processing my order and it will be shipped soon!
July 14 they emailed me they've shipped it and in 5 days I could track it!
July 23 I've mailed them that I cannot track it and If the package didn't arrived by July 30th I didn't want it and I want a refund!
August 2nd they...thanked me for my patience! LOL
I informed them that I demand a refund!
They ignored me!
I filled a dispute to my bank and demanded a refund for a FRAUD and I sent them the emails. Thankfully they refund me...
September 1st the DealBoom genius send me a new link to track down the mysterious and magical Aircoll24!
I respond that I don't want it and it's been a month since I canceled my order and demanded a refund!
Surprisingly they respond within a day!!
They said that I cannot cancel my order because it was on its way....on its way!!...TWO MONTHS LATER!
That was ONE HELL OF A PROCESSING!
I have to accept it, send it back to them and....await for a refund! LOL
The nerve of these people is unbelievable!
I responded again that I didn't agree or informed for the delay, it's been a MONTH since I canceled my order and demanded a refund (and already got my money back) and I will NOT accept the package and it will return to the sender!
They should pay the shipment back to Estonia or China or wherever as a punishment for their miserable and pathetic performance!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! I placed an order for the Aircool24 over two months ago. Never arrived. Terrible customer service! Can't reach anyone and am out $100. Check out the other LEGITIMATE reviews who shared the same experience. Total rip off!

1,5 months ago I ordered a AirCool24. this is today still not delivered. I have got no infromation why and what have happened. This is very unsatisfactory. A very poor communication and a very poor service.

I ordered the economy 365 over a month ago. I got a tracking number but it says it's not found. Guess I'm 1 of the fools that wasted money. I've tried several times to contact this company & they don't help me

Don't do any business with them.
Do not order anything from them.
Ordered 2 Aircools for 100€ offer, they charged 150 (normal price).
They don't ship from Estonia (EU country) but China.
Received only one and paid additional import duties 33€ (24% Greek VAT + import tax).
Product is a plastic box which is made by old tech pc leftovers (fcpu fan) and a stupid paper filter. On top its ''using'' water to cool air.

As you understand, it does nothing. Its like standing behind your pc but with your cpu in stand-by. Up to 2 inches you feel some air.

They are scumbags.
Moreover, 'people'claiming here that are satisfied by them, perhaps they are fake and/or their claims are fake.

Send them your worst wishes.

They deserve it......

Took almost 2 months to arrive and what did i get a chinese knockoff of the product i ordered

I dont recomend anyone to place an order with dealboom. Delivery time after order was promised to be 15 working days. After 7 weeks i have still not recieved my order. Unfortunately the lowest rating i can give here is 1 star. It should have been minus 10 stars if it would have been possible.

But i have never seen my order
will report dealboom to fraud departement in my bank in the upcomming week

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I RECEIVED MY AIRCOOL24. PURCHASED IT JULY 13, 2018. RECEIVED IT AUGUST 15, 2018. JUST GETTING IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER FORGET. THE PACKAGE LOOKED LIKE A TRUCK RAN OVER IT. IT DID NOT PERFORM AT ALL. IN ADDITION, IT LEAKED ALL OVER MY TABLE. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM AT DEALBOOM SUPPORT TO GIVE ME A SHIPPING LABEL TO GET A CREDIT FOR THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE. THE SHIPPING COSTS WERE ALMOST AS MUCH AS I PAID FOR THIS PRODUCT. SERVICE WAS AWFUL. I WISH I COULD GIVEN THEM A -0- REVIEW. AGAIN, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I ordered some products from Dealboom in July 2018. I just came upon the name on the internet, and paid for the orders trusting everything will be ok. Dealboom was totally new to me at the time. After payment I became a bit suspicious and I went on the internet to see if I can get some reviews. Almost everything I read was negative, so I lost every hope. I thought I lost a gamble. But to my suprise everything went fine and I have received the products I ordered. When I contacted them a few days after the order, they were very polite, and assured me to be a little patient. Well, I have received the goods, and I am very satisfied with the products

In early July I ordered an Air Conditioner on 7 seven days delivery. When I chased up delivery it took ages to find the correct email address and telephone number. The company operate through a myriad of offshore companies I finally received a reply in late August & was told to allow 28 days for delivery as the goods had just left Hong Kong. On tracking the supposed flight I found that it had not landed after 2 days in the air. I telephoned to cancel & was told that cancellations were no accepted as it wasn't their problem if the goods didn't arrive & not to bother to phone again. Clearly the whole thing is a scam. BEWARE

Terrible firm located in China - they were quick enough to take my money - but I have not received my merchandice - doubt I'll ever get it!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - YOU'LL MOST LIKELY LOOSE YOUR MONEY - THIEVING PEOPLE!

I ordered 1 item they billed me for 2. I emailed to cacel order with 12 hrs.
They told me it had beed shipped (not on tracker). They then told me it was posted from Singapore (I thought I was ordering from Europe) and it would take 20 days.
Totaly unacceptable business practises. I would advise enyone to avoid doing business with this company.

Item arrived some 25 days later, a complete piece of rubbish, cheap badly made and not fit for purpose, tried to contact them for a refund, have heard nothing back, tried to put the support on the stitching ripped first time.
Save yourself a fortune this exact item available on Lightinthebox for $3.50 with free shipping, which id say exactly where this comes from.
Its a pure scam, take your money, no chance of a refund.
There are plenty of supports available on Amazon, at least they will refund or replace.
THIS IS A SCAM DONT BUY FROM DEALBOOM

After waiting 1 month for the delivery, I chased them up only to be told it had been delivered through the letterbox.

1. The house I live in does not have a letter box
2. The dimension of the products means there is no way it would fit through the letterbox.

Their final response after multiple emails.

"We are sorry to inform but once the parcel leaves our warehouse is out of our control. "

So I am left with no money and no product.

Avoid this company at all costs.
