Company is a scam... keep on sending fake track and trace codes. Product after 24 days still hasn’t arrived... please don’t let anyone order here

Was worried when tracking number did not come after 10 days as promised but customer service replied within the same day when I enquired. Goods arrived about 1 month after ordering. Strangely it was not delivered together but in 3 different parcels. But no complains since they eventually all arrived and customer service did a check via email.

Mmmmm lots of negative reviews with this company and up till yesterday I was going to be one of them too.
I ordered a Heatbuddy and 6 weeks later it finally arrived. It was all intact and works well so I have no complaints.

No goods no corrispondence simply a con did not deliver goods bogus tracker Got me on this one
Please do not buy sounds good but so does winning the lottery

I sent them an e-mail to request tracking information and they replied me in no time and after a few weeks the product arrived as I expected. They definitely can be trusted.

I dont want to give a star since they dont deserve it.These are criiminals.What concerns me most is that their non existent product is advertised by yahoo and facebook.WHO getting rich here i wonder?so far police does nothing to get internetscammers..so whos corrupt here?Il ost all trust in our policeforce.

they cheat us, I'm going to report them to the police. Aircooler ordered and not heard anything for a month, tracking number is not correct on emails they do not answer!

That’s only Bulls hit , the sold me a ecowatt 365 for 79$ , you can buy for 6$ at Wish store . U suppose to save around 30 and 50% on your electricity bills but 👎👎👎👎👎😡🤬😡= a big: 0 !!!!

I ordered Air cool 24 product 12th of june as the summer was hot and I was in a need of product like this. They also promised fast shipping. Today it is 25th of June and they haven’t even sent the package! It’s being sent from China, so I’m lucky if I get the package before the end of summer!
Knowing this I tried to contact them and cancel my order, but they refused to do so. They just told me to wait for a few more days. This is unacceptable! Furthermore this same product can be bought from various china shops online for 1/3 of the price. I paid more to get it faster. This company is a fraud!

Edit: now on 7th of august the product finally arrived. It is a cheap plastic fan with one led light and a water tank. You’ll have to remove the plastic wrappings from inside the product first or it’s going to leak all water. I’m really dissapointed for the led light as it’s nothing like in the product ad. The product itself isn’t that bad. It does what it is supposed to as long as you keep filling the water tank with ice and icecold water. On max speed the fan is cooling for about one meter in front of the product, so it’s really tiny micro climate. Don’t waste your money on this product and avoid the seller.

I bought an Air Cool 24, received it in 20 days approx. The unit arrived damaged, 10 seconds after using it started to loose water on the furniture and the floor of my house. Plus the charger wasn't included.

I asked for the refund, they tell me to ship it to Estonia and once I provided a tracking number they would refund me. Now that I sent the tracking number they say they want to wait the delivery. But even more senseless, they told me I have to pay the 30 euros shipment for give a broken unit back. Sounds like a joke, instead is Dealboom!

I also was cheated by this company. I ordered one unit and they charged me for 3. I was shocked when I saw my visa card three times the amount I wanted to pay.
I informed them of this but no reply. Then Thomas Kandu answered one of my claims when I threated that I will take them to court.
I asked for refund and thus far I received no refund.
Then Mr. Thomas Kunda informed me that I could return the items and get a refund.
He sounds an honest man, so I will ship back the three units and see if he keeps to his word to refund my VISA card.


Hopefully they will refund me.

Avoid this company and this product! I paid over €88 over 60 days ago. They assured me I would receive the AirCool unit in 20 business days. It has been over 60 days now. The tracking number given to me is false. In addition, they refuse to track what I paid for, making it my responsibility to find out where in the world my item is. I am VERY dissatisfied and recommend this product or company to no one. Buy one through AMAZON who uses a RELIABLE DELIVERY COMPANY.
Update July 25, 2018:. This company delivered a completely different piece of crap called the JIE JIA, made in China. It is obvious that it is an INFERIOR REPLACEMENT and a very poor attempt to placate me! THIS PIECE OF CRAP WILL NOT HOLD WATER, IT JUST RUNS OUT THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT!
IT HAD NO ADAPTER, NO WARRANTY, NO INSTRUCTIONS, NO PACKING SLIP, AND NO SALES RECEIPT!! THIS is what DEAL BOOM has done to me. First they didn't ship the AirCool24 unit I ordered, then sent me a piece of worthless crap in it's place. Now they have refused to issue a pick-up and a refund. I would NEVER RECOMMEND DEAL BOOM, BETTER LIVING 4 YOU, OR the AIR COOL 24 UNIT to ANYONE!!!

Terrible service - I've been waiting for 3 months for my order - according to the tracking site it actually arrived in my country on May 30, nearly 2 months ago - and my queries every 3 weeks are responded to by the same automated message from "Nicole Garcia" promising "Good News it will be another 20 days!". Ridiculous. Do not use these people. I see on Hellopeter that there is another person who has had the same experience.

Saw the same product online for less than $10.00. You charged $59.00. I requested a refund that you said I would receive in 14 days max. Boy you sure took my money fast enough, yet it takes 2 weeks to return my money??? I did not have problems with rude conduct, otherwise STAY AWAY from this co.!!!

absolute rubbish they have my money I have their receipt but they say they have no record of it. disgraceful. what a rip off !!!!

Awful,I agree with everyone else. Their claims can be taken with a pinch of salt. Don't make any orders with this company, you will regret doing so.

I have not received my Aircooler yet after several weeks, neither the tracking number you promised within five days!

Absolute scam company, fraudulent, products don't work and promise refunds, even gave a fake payment refund slip Our bank ANZ said they are a fraud company so cancelled our Visa to avoid them taking any more money out of our account. It is now in the hands of NZ Police and about to be reported to Estonia authorities.

Have not received order can't track it as its states tracking not available after 10 days, think its a real let down money down the drain, no replies for numerous emails to their customer service, and no telephone number, its a shambles, very annoying to think i might have been sucked into a scam.
