This is a fraud.
You showed good product and sent bad product.
It's just another product.
Box, performance, manual, and lcd are all different.
The actual product I received is very cheap.

Terrible. This company is a scam. Just look at all the complaints. If you spent money it is gone

Stay away they are not doing e-commerce. They only need your money. STAY AWAY FROM DEALBOOM.

I placed an order for 1 unit of AirCool 24 more than a week back and was advised that within 5 business days I will get tracking details. Nothing has been received and mails sent to their customer Are replied poorly. no phone number available to contact them.
It is a fraud company and I am feeling very annoyed that I have lost out on my 1100,00 ddk

I placed an order at the middle of June, and I got the product almost after one month! I takes time, about 20, 23 working days to get the AirCool. They should say on the site, that it takes 20+ days to get the product.
Furthermore I was dissapointet, that the tracking number, what they provided, hasn't worked until 3 weeks of order, the 5 days, what they told us, should be 2-3 weeks. I ordered 13th of June and the first entry in the trackinglist was 4th of July!!!
I sent a mail to the support, and I was really happy, that after a few days I got a response from them!!

I wanted get my money refunded but there is no response from them and there is no phone number available to contact them.

I ordered an Aircool 24 on 21 June. To date I have not received the package. I have asked that they cancel the order and refund the money and they told me it now takes 20 days for delivery (original delivery note said 5 days). I urge anyone dealing with this company to stop right now... Also I paid a whacking £64.99 for it and you can get one for about £15.00.

The booking confirmation did not specify the price I paid, no receipt / tax invoice was attached under my name (I need it) and no warranty certificate was attached.

I mailed the support rwice in 7 days and no answer !!!! why aren't you answer !!! what is ypur phone no' ??????? it's urgent or I want refound please.

I would avoid doing business with this operation. We ordered the ecowatt35. First problem is that it’s made in China so shipping is an issue. We never received our order. We contacted them and was advised that they would send out another order. We were told that our order was ready to be shipped but due to a backlog, not a good sign, that there was a delay in assigning the tracking number, another bad sign, and to follow up as often as we liked. We received a reply to our first follow up and of course no further responses to any of our additional follow ups. This is typical of a suspect operation. The additional clue is that apparently they only have one person, Ariel, to handle all inquiries. Please do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with them. Even if you eventually get your product it’s not worth the time and aggravation. I can’t comment on the value of the product obviously and perhaps the bigger reason for the run around.

ecowatt365 -we ordered and paid for this product 6 weeks ago and today we still have not received this nor have we had and response to our communications
possibly they are scamming people

Five minutes after placing an order I tried to cancel. No response. Material for ordering didn't indicate US dollars. Nor was order source Estonia. Nor did anything indicate shipping from China. Price is 4 times lower with Amazon. Tried to contact via three e-mail sources. No response. A major scam as some e-mail addresses do not exist. Beware. Avoid!!

They seem to advertise they don't have in stock, rhus order after...not good at all

Have ordered 3 coolers on 6/22 five days later advised it has been shipped. Was told to track ot within 5 days. So far 7/10 been advised shippment unknown. Hope the transaction is not a hoax.....

Bad experience, almost a month and yet my order is still not delivered to me, The tracking no they gave cannot be tracked at all.

Have not received the AirCool24 units that I ordered, and no one will give me information on where or when they are coming. Very frustrating!!!

I am very unhappy. This is not a trust company. Dont order on it! you will save your money

I ordered 5 air coolers in June..they gave me a tracking but Singapore post office says tracking is not known.

I must have written to is company 12 times, and have now asked by credit card company to reverse the charges. A Mr. Gandu there is really a Gandu.
He cannot even understand English ,... keeps saying that it will take 30 days for he shipment to arrive,,,Its been over 30 days since I ordered my 5 air coolers ... Looks like big scam is going on here. So rest of you read the other reviews before you order anything from Gandu and Co,

ordered air cool24 on the 19th june 2018 received an email saying I would get a tracking number in 5 business days didn't receive one. so emailed cusmer services and was asked to wait three more business days. still no tracking number and no package. I am now very frustrated and considering a chargeback claim.

The product which I ordered (AirCool 24) was well-priced, and the product was relatively new. The customer support staff (Ariel Leon) was also helpful and prompt in answering queries related to shipping, etc. However, this was rated a 4-star (and not a 5-star) due to the time frame of the shipping update, which (unfortunately) was not very prompt.
