I ordered three hearing aid aparators for the deaf school on sweden since june 12th but i cant my order still which is bringing me problem in my foundation project for deaf

June 13th still do not have the item!!!!!!!!! And no I don't think you understand my concern at all!!!

Ordered may 5th now it is may 29th ....still no product....on may23rd I was told it was in transit.....expect to have it in 20 days max....now I realize it is actually on the slow boat from china.... but really...it didn't take them very long to charge my card....this fortune cookie say that not chicken!!! Bad bad service and company... absolutely do not order from them

Ordered weeks ago and also no drone. Tracking number does not exist. I will contact my bank for this fraudelent company because unbelievable.

I ordered a Retro Box in February 2018 I was told I would have a tracking number within 5 days for shipping that never came. I emailed customer service was told I would see my package in about 10 business days and to keep an eye out for my tracking number now it's less than a week away from June, almost 3 months later and I can't get customer service to respond to an email nor have I seen a tracking number or my package. Don't shop here. I will be talking to my bank about a fraudulent activity with this dealboom company.

All I have to say is that I bought an EcoVolt and everything is just fine. The customer care department answered my questions and I received my package after a few weeks. I'll surely buy from them again.

I am now waiting two months for my parcel and everytime I send them a query they respond by asking me the same question everytime.(which email address did you use??)

This is your standard response. I sent my email address to you numerous times and just get the same standard response.

Dealboom is completely dishonest company. The customer service is unbelievable bad, If you eventually manage to get some response it is just lies and empty promises.

Unacceptable! They’ve sent me a broken Retrobox and asked me to cover for the shipping costs of a new one (which was the price of a new Retrobox). After finally agreeing to send me one for free, I haven’t heard back from them ever again. They’re not replying my emails, and I haven’t received anything (it has been almost 2 months!!). This is a SCAM! Stay away from this people!!

Update: on April 23, exactly 3 months after they've contacted me saying they would ship another Retrobox, they actually did and it arrived yesterday. It's different from the 1st batch, the ON/OFF button is loose (but works), but it's ok since I'm not really into any more email exchanges with this company.

I placed an order on December 12, 2017, but as yet, I have received nothing. I have emailed back and forth and keep being assured that my money will be refunded. But for the past four days or so, no reply. I will be contacting my credit card company. Very disappointed in this company. This is the first time in my life that I have not received something that I ordered (online or otherwise).

If I could give this company zero Stars I would do it I haven't received my order yet it's been over 25 days. They are not responding on email and it looks like this company is a scam. Warning don't buy.

Update:After a dispute with paypal they gave me a refund.
