In mid-July, 2020, I ordered seven jewellery items, amounting to approximately $230.99. Payment was made via Mastercard with the withdrawal shown on my bank statement as being on 17/7/2020. Customers were warned about possible delays in delivery due to Coronavirus so I allowed for this. Six items arrived. The seventh, Madeline Gold Huggy earrings, was missing. No explanation was given for the missing jewellery. I waited for months, decided to avoid ordering from Deals Direct in future, then recently saw an item I liked, and ordered and paid for it on 10/11/2020 (Order # 32058688) because I decided not to judge your company, feeling I should at least let you know the reason I was no longer confident in Deals Direct. The price of the missing huggies at the time was $19. I would still very much appreciate receiving the earrings. I cannot add a photo. I have very limited experience using the laptop.

reported a quality issue with a product. the response from Deals was prompt. The person who dealt with my issue was extremely helpful, and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Although my only aim was to advise of a possible quality control issue, I was refunded the amount I paid for said product. I was not expecting this, and was most pleasantly surprised. I felt valued as a customer and will be very happy to continue using Deals Direct as a source for purchasing quality products. Thank you

I was happy with the items I received. There was a problem with shipping which was resolved through customer service who were very polite and helpful and I received a refund for items missing due to unavailability. Good service.

Deals Direct are a great source for good priced, good quality products. I recently needed to cancel an order and they refunded me immediately with no questions asked. Great service.

I have always had good experiences with Deals Direct. A recent issue with an item not sent, was resolved well.

I ordered a gaming chair. It never got dispatched. They said they refunded me, but after weeks of contact, no refund was given. Seems like a scam, they take your money, don't give a product and keep your money and don't answer their phone.

terible service. not going to purchase anything from them anymore. return faulty item still need to pay for the return postage.

Terrible customer service.long delays between contact. Even when it's their fault for sending the wrong item.
Would never knowingly use them again, l say knowingly as my purchase was made through Amazon.

still not got my refund after many many phone calls :-(
stay away they steal our money

placed an order (bedframe and Mattress) on 30th July, part of the order(bedframe) arrived within an week and still waiting for mattress to arrive almost a month.Item has been stent to VIC instead of NSW which has a same suburb name.
After numerous calls to dealsdirect for an update which couldn't provide an update and no answer where the item is.
I had frustrated an spoke someone called Jagdish at dealsdirect and asked for refund of the whole order and pick delivered items as they are still in original package, they want me to organize pickup and pay for it as they treat this as change of mind.
its due to lack of their ability to deliver all items of single order to correct address not change of mind.
bunch of idxxxs , stay away from these guy total rip off and painful to deal with these guys.

Advertised crown paint breatheasy on their site 5L £23 bought it and they sent me crown trade emulsion that i can buy in B&Q 10L for £10 what a rip off company wish i had read all the negative feedback before in bought from them, complained to them and they are looking into it !!!!!!!! What there to look into, its false advertising !!!!!!!!

Do not buy anything from this company. My order was due on or before 24.05.2019 and still no garment but the most annoying thing is when you email them they send you the same standard email over again. I will never buy anything again from them.

Ordered an item that was in 5 boxes - they delivered 2 boxes one day then 2 a few days later. The last still hasnt come after 11 days. They would not refund me my money as I requested. I have had to lodge a dispute with my bank for this matter. Why on earth would you not send all the items in one shipment? I would strongly advise not dealing with this merchant.
