They seem to carry many obscure brands, so hard to know what your getting.
Even Kmart is more reliable clothing.

PLEASE STAY AWAY. DODGY!!
Purchased an EXPENSIVE new unlocked Galaxy 7edge from Dealsdirect and after a LOT of stuff around, false promises on delivery dates and almost 4 months later - the said phone arrived.... It will not work nor will it update software as it is a US made device (after contacting Samsung Aus) the phone is a DUD in Australia if you want it to perform anything like an Australian one. Samsung Aus cannot help, the USA Samsung are unhelpful and useless. So I am left with a phone, that cannot be updated past an obsolete software version. Therefore some apps wont work as the software is too OLD. SO VERY ANNOYED. It has been opened & obviously USED by me now and they wont accept a return. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THESE IDIOTS
They will not unsubscribe me from their multiple email lists and it's driving me crazy.

I've unsubscribed over 20 times. I've emailed them over 10 times to tell them to stop sending me marketing emails.
They just ignore it and keep sending me more emails.
I just want them to leave me alone. It's beyond a joke.
This company is unethical and can't be trusted.
I wouldn't trust this company again!
I ordered Christmas gifts for my family in Australia from this company. Half of the order arrived fairly quickly, the other half 3 weeks later! Never again! The stress of sending numerous emails looking for the goods and not getting anywhere just wasn't worth it.
goods arrived earlier than expected
item arrived very fast and as described
