First time using a letting agent, rang 5 agents in total, Delaneys were not only the best priced but also by far and away the best service. For a letting "newbie" they offered up plenty of advice, quickly found tenants and were really helpful with some advice as to what i should be looking for in a prospective tenant. They were also a LOT cheaper than some of the other agents i looked at (in one case by over 34% cheaper)

Special mention to Jo Lockwood and Gemma Dawes who have been great on the communications front and keeping me up to speed when there were any actions required by me.

I had the same experience throughout the cycle. Delaney's are big enough to do a great job at selling a property, yet small enough that they can take the time to personally care about your case and be right with you through the highs and lows of the house moving process. Delaney's were extremely helpful with my move! I have used a letting agency before and i can say Delaney's was much more straight forwards and helpful! The two lady's i dealt with made the process much more easier for me. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone i know who is looking to buy or rent.

We have been using Delaney services since 2019 February, I can confirm for a fact that this is your dream agency, Michelle, Jemma and Joe were fantastic infact the whole team. We thought Hayley was the best when we met her regarding our previous move in 2019 but with the news of her leaving, I was worried that it might not be as smooth as it was previously, until we got in contact with Michelle, Joe and Jemma. Our search for property and move in 2021 was so smooth, despite our requirements they met it all and even more, this was possible because of the wonderful staffs the organization is got. Take it from me Delaney your staffs are your major asset. From my family to yours thank you for the great and A-may-zing work you guys do and did for us. They even followed up to see how we are getting on at our new place. I will definitely recommend a million times and over. Thank you guys!

I couldn't recommend Delaney's highly enough. Lee and the rest of the team worked incredibly hard to sell our old house and on the purchase of our new home too. They were honest and transparent, easy to get in touch with, always friendly and sympathetic and communicated with us the whole way through the process. They sold our home within four weeks, despite it being on the market with another agent for over a year and not selling. If I could give more than five stars, I would!
