We recently left an item on a flight from London to Kos. I contacted Deliverback, paid the up front fee (always suspicious!) but after 10 days they still could not locate our item. In the meantime our hotel simply called the airport who had found our item and had it sent direct to our hotel. Why Deliverback failed to do this most basic
action I have no idea. The Deliverback service was hopeless, a complete waste of money and I would definitely not recommend them. AVOID!!!

I left my luggage at hotel in Rome Italy. With the help of delivery back I get it back to home in Netherlands in a smooth way.

I was very pleased and impressed with Deliverback and how they worked 24-7 to provide communication and expert support to me during the process of returning a hat I had left in a hotel in another country. They were involved in all steps of coordination with all the participating businesses: the hotel, the transporters and the delivery service. Deliverback did an excellent job and my hat arrived safely at my home and with-in an amazingly short, efficient schedule, as promised. It only took a couple of days from the start to end when my package arrived safely and on time. It was very helpful and also comforting to have them available to help and communicate with me all through the whole process.

Paid money for them to look into my lost tablet left on plane at heraklion airport they said they could not find any information about my tablet but I contacted the airport myself and it was at lost and found and had been there from the day it was lost I went and picked up myself total bad service beware!!!!

Had to get AirPods back from a Paris hotel to the UK. I found it particularly difficult until I found Deliverback. Once I found them I filled in a simple form and they did it all for me. They contacted the hotel and arranged the logistics of getting them back to me. The AirPods arrived at my door 4 days later. Reasonable price too. Highly recommend.

Really great service, we forgot some items at Athens airport and their team helped us in shipping them back in no time to Germany. I can only recommend their service. Well done!

Unable to recover items in (Madrid) Spain although advertises as European...slow customer service. I found the missing item myself, no refund given. Buyer beware!

I can’t believe it and i’m a difficult guest.
From the beginning to the end they were here to help me to find a solution it was a mistake from the airport and they managed everything to send back the luggage home.
I got a delivery number with details everyday ,
answer my question in less than 24 hours find my luggage and it was easy to pay the amount to get it back home safely!
Thanks again i got important document and many shoes in that luggage everything is ok !

Requested Deliverbaxk to collect items id left in a hire car in Edinburgh.

5 weeks later, despite follow emails and calls no sign of items and replies to communication.

Can only conclude that this a scamsite.

I took a flight from the UK to Chania in Crete. I left my bag on the plane. I was directed to Deliverback by the Chania Airport website.

I completed the Deliverback form and paid €20 for them to find my item. Four days passed and I hadn't heard from Deliverback. I then went to the airport to speak to the lost and found team face to face and I was reunited with my item.

I asked Deliverback for a refund given that they hadn't done anything to find my item, but I was refused.

I would recommend contacting the airport directly before paying Deliverback any money.

The initial contact was immediate.
Shipping and delivery were Instant and efficient.
Information regarding shipping was continuous.
In conclusion, excellent service

Just wrote my review on google as well but needed to spread the word on how great this company is!! I left my glasses in my hotel in Spain and figured it would be a loss. Thought I’d just see how much it would cost to have it shipped back to me in the US and if it made sense financially. Thank god I found Deliverback- it was so easy, smooth, fast and efficient. Literally all I did was fill in hotel address to be picked up at, item lost, and address to be shipped to. THATS IT!!! Deliverback handled everything start to finish and within a week I got my glasses back via UPS mail. Saved me time and money not having to go and get new prescription glasses again!! Thank you Deliverback!!

I paid to have my laptop returned from Lefkas airport which was left in security on 28th September. I found deliverback through the airports website. Despite payment and authority given to collect and the promise of delivery I have not had it returned and no one at deliverback is replying to my e mails of which there are many. Many have had positive experiences, unfortunately mine isn’t

Company is ignoring my email. Package was damaged by the courier and they would refund me what was worth inside. I have emailed multiple times with Deliverback but they are purposely ignoring my emails. What a bad customer service.

This was very efficient and reliable method of retrieving my smart watch that I'd left in the security zone at Corfu airport. Unfortunately wasn't flying back through airport and so I needed a service that could help me out and this worked a treat. Big thanks Deliverback!
